Many also highlight the quality and variety of the breakfast, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. However, several guests report significant noise issues, especially at night due to nearby bars and nightlife, which can disrupt sleep. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests commending the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, while others mention slow or inconsistent service. Pros (+) Friendly, efficient and welcoming. Got an upgrade on the higher floors.
Pros (+) The attention to our special event!
Cons (-) Great hotel!
Pros (+) Updated, chic decor. Comfy bed. Good location. Staff is friendly.
Cons (-) General upkeep and maintenance. Room walls and door are thin - had to switch rooms because there was a kid running and crying outside in the early AM. Second room, the toilet bowl was leaking. Third room, which was an upgrade, the balcony door didn't lock and could easily be accessed by the adjoining room that shared the balcony if they wanted to risk maneuvering over the balcony separator.
Pros (+) Nice comfortable room.
Cons (-) We were moved rooms due to an air conditioning malfunction and I left a jacket in the old room. The next day I asked the front desk for the item but no one seemed to care. Two days after many follow-up calls they informed me that they had found nothing. I was not fond of the dishonesty of the workers or the service from the front desk.
Pros (+) Room and breakfast was excellent
Pros (+) The facilities at the hotel were modern and spacious. Breakfast selection was extensive. Hotel room was clean and beautifully decorated. Pool, bar and restaurant felt intimate at times.
Cons (-) The check-in process was shaky and we weren't allowed to check in until after 30 minutes after check in time because there wasn't a room available.
Pros (+) Room was nice killer shower and a high tech tv!!
Cons (-) I didnt like the private cab service out side . He over charged me by more than double . And then to justify the charge he took a longer route . So pretty annoying . On my way home I paid a third of the price and it took a quarter of the time .
