Pros (+) The staff was always very friendly and nice. They fulfilled any request that we had in a timely manner. I also liked the location, it wasn't too far from the strip but it was also quiet enough for us to go to sleep.
Cons (-) It had this weird, strong smell throughout the hotel. Also the cleanliness of the hotel was a concern of mine. I hated seeing other people's hair on the floor and in the sink. Also some of the towels and sheets were stained.

Pros (+) Everything was neat, clean, and very modern. The staff was very professional and welcoming (Brett, Jeffrey, & Sebastian). I was overcharged for some reason but it was resolved right away by Jeffrey. The location is a bit far from the beach but doable for $1.50 with Lyft. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
Cons (-) The beds were very uncomfortable as well as the comforter. It kept us both waking up every hour within the night. The pool claims to be a spa but we couldn't find any way to work it so it was warm. We decided to just dip in the cold water anyway and still enjoyed it.

Pros (+) Where do I start? Entrance to hotel very hip and fresh, self service or valet parking. Staff were amazing and so friendly, the rooftop has a pool, sun chairs, tables and chairs for lazy hot afternoons. Hotel is very modern and looks great with fully equipped and serviced luxury rooms/studios and apartments, public areas are welcoming, ambient and fresh. Just great hotel in every way!
Cons (-) Only one think I could think of was balcony didn't have table or chairs, but sure they would have taken care of that if we had asked to! Nothing bad at all about this hotel I can think of, perfect for longer stays as the apartments are so comfortable and spacious :)
