Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and the spaciousness of the rooms. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Service receives mixed feedback; while some staff members are described as friendly and helpful, others are noted as unhelpful or unpleasant. The pool area is mentioned often, with some guests enjoying it but others finding it crowded or poorly maintained. Overall, while the hotel offers good room sizes and a prime location, improvements in cleanliness and service would enhance the guest experience.
