Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beachfront location and proximity to attractions, but overwhelmingly criticize its cleanliness, citing issues such as dirty rooms, presence of cockroaches, bad odors, and lack of maintenance. Service is also frequently mentioned as poor, with complaints about unhelpful staff and missing or inadequate room cleaning. Many guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price, and several note that amenities like Wi-Fi, safes, and ice machines are often broken or unavailable. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.

Pros (+) Absolutely terrible!!! Rooms were disgusting, had to go back the first time and get another room. Second Room was a little nicer but still NOT GOOD TO SLEEP IN. There were bugs on the beds such as dead ants and small black ones that kept jumping !!!!!! We had to sleep on top of the sheets and use our clothes as blankets !!
Cons (-) EVERYTHING!!!

Pros (+) Close to the beach
Cons (-) After making a reservation and arriving, I was told rooms were not available. After almost an hour of arguing a room had become available. I asked to see the room, I was told I had to leave my credit card with them to see the room. The room was filthy, humid and disgusting. I came downstairs to tell them I had changed my mind. But they had swiped my card without my consent. This place is not worth...

Pros (+) It was right in front of the beach.
Cons (-) The rooms are so dirty. The room service does not replace towels and only stretches the bed sheets. The rooms smell awful. The shower is dirty, the bathroom floor is dirty, the sink is disgusting, there is mold on the handle of the sink and mold in the bath. Honesty the room is way over priced for how awful it is. I paid 135$ a night. You're better off spending 20$ extra per night somewhere else. ...

Pros (+) The only thing good was location
Cons (-) The rooms were very old and dirty. If you want a single room you will not see pictures of the rooms on the site. The are very old and musty and in a building next to the main building. The rooms seen on the site do not depict what you will have. We were there two nights without a working a/c in our room. Overall worst hotel experience I have ever had.
