Overview

People from all over the world come to South Florida to experience one of America’s most unique cultures. At the heart of the good times in South Florida is Miami – and one of the sites that everyone must see is South Beach. South Beach is loaded with beautiful sights such as amazing beaches and art deco hotels. However, if you are going to stay in a hotel that offers fantastic amenities and a great location, the Residence Inn by Marriot Miami Beach South Beach is a great choice.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Beach South Beach is an excellent hotel because of its location and its amenities. Located on the west side of Miami Beach, your beautifully decorated room will either have views facing east of palm trees and the ocean or if you are facing west, the beautiful cityscape of Miami. The rooms themselves are comfortable, cozy, and the perfect place to crash after living it up in one of America’s great playgrounds.

Dining at the hotel is very easy. If you are into breakfast, there is a great free breakfast that will get you started on your day the right way. Miami Beach has many great restaurants. Two of the most famous are Joe’s Stone Crab and Prime 112. These two restaurants are a short walk from the hotel. You can easily take a walk to the restaurants and grab a drink at one of the many bars on the way back to the hotel. Location is one of the great features of this hotel.

Staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Beach South Beach is an excellent way to enjoy time in South Florida.

Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and proximity to attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting issues such as unclean rooms, bedding, and bathrooms. The breakfast also receives criticism for its limited variety and quality. While some guests appreciate the friendly staff and amenities like the rooftop pool, others mention problems with uncomfortable beds, lack of room cleaning, and additional unexpected fees. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast offerings.

Floor was dirty, beds were very worn and sunk in and the ruins were dated. The lobby was nice.
