Frustrated that parking was extra $20 per day. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. IHOP in the building was great. Good location for the money we spent. Beds comfy.

Pros (+) The hotel was nice. When the staff had problems finding my reservation they fixed it right away. Rooms were clean and orderly.
Cons (-) IHOP was super expensive, and the wait staff were unprofessional and rude. I did not enjoy paying 26.00 a night for parking, as we could have parked next door for 10.00.

Pros (+) Mainly clean. I would look for another hotel first.
Cons (-) The front desk staff was extremely rude through our entire stay. The hotel was certainly showing its' age. The noise level during the night was very annoying - on all 3 floors. Our complaints went unanswered. We took one look at the pool and turned around.

Pros (+) Location was convenient.
Cons (-) We stayed during the Niagara International Marathon. You would think hotels that are participating in offering rates for this run would also offer late checkouts. This courtesy would allow guest could come back and shower before they had to check out. We had to be out before noon so no accommodation made there. The rooms were dated but fairly clean. Good enough for a quick nights stay.
