Pros (+) All of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful. Had dinner at Olivella where the wait staff was extremely accommodating and the food was excellent.

Cons (-) For a place that Prides itself on being a Healthy environment, the food options, especially for breakfast and dinner aren't very good. Needs to be more emphasis on a farm to Fork like restaurant
