Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including rude or unhelpful staff and problems with amenities not working as advertised, such as hot water, the hot tub, and the pool. Breakfast was another common point of dissatisfaction, with several guests noting unexpected charges, lack of included breakfast, or poor food quality. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the beds comfortable and others reporting discomfort. Overall, while the hotel’s location and cleanliness were positives, service and amenity issues detracted from the experience.

He has multiple areas of opportunity, from honesty to keeping his word, integrity to treating others with kindness and respect, Duncan gets 0 stars. This was my second ...

Some of the front desk staff need to be counseled or let go. Arrogant, passive aggressive attitudes. The restaurant is closed Sunday so no F&B credit for diamond members. Gratuity also excluded from F&B credit, nickel and dimes around here. Computer systems for this property oversell, so good luck getting the room you expect. Management the worst of the lot. They avoid confrontation at all cost an...
