Pros: We LOVED staying at 7 Springs! This Inn was exactly what we wanted for a stay in Palm Springs. Something small, cozy, mid-century modern, with a relaxing pool and a view of the surrounding mountains. This had it all. Plus, they had TWO spas, and they are walking distance to Palm Springs Dr! The bed was comfortable, and the value was incredible. Our room was spacious, and even had a kitchenette complete with a dinette table, plates/utensils/cooking supplies, etc. Service was friendly and efficient.
Cons: While taking a shower on the second day, the faucet popped off of the wall and a gush of water started spewing out. Plumbing issues don't scare me so I just pushed the faucet back on and thankfully it stayed put... but it was a potentially dangerous situation as the faucet came off the pipe pretty quickly. Glad it didn't land on my foot! Also, when we checked in to the Inn we asked about extended check out. They said that they can do it, but it's up to the discretion of their housekeeping manager. The host, however, said that it should be fine - just call the morning of. When we called, however, we were only extended 30 minutes. It was quite a rush to get out in that amount of time when we were expecting 1-3 hours of extension! That said, it's a smaller Inn and we are aware that rooms need to be cleaned for other guests. We did notice, however, that the lone housekeeper was still 2 rooms down as we were leaving, so we probably could have gotten at least another 30 minutes...

Pros: The quaintness of the hotel made it a hit with us. The staff was very accommodating. The beds were very comfy and the room spacious. It was centrally located to the restaurants and shops.
Cons: The room we stayed in, 231, needs a long length mirror. There were plenty of spaces to put one outside of the bathroom and in the main room. My friend and I had to take turns getting ready. Only one mirror is kind of silly.

Pros: I really enjoyed this location. The pools and spas were fabulous and it was a great place to stay for Coachella and other Indio and valley music festivals. The free parking was great and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I also loved that they had a fridge and the color scheme was very fun!
Cons: I didn't love the size of my particular room, I felt it was a little bit cramped and the bathroom layout was non traditional. I had the accessible room which is AMAZING that they have one but as someone able bodied it was a little inconvenient. This however was a minor con and there was a lot of pros!

Pros: We keep returning to the Plaza because the accommodations and location are excellent; it is right next to the Taquiz public golf course and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A big plus is this is one of the few pet-friendly resorts in the entire RCI inventory. And even though lots of people bring their pets, they are not at all intrusive, the rooms are always spotless, and there are plenty of places for walking dogs.

Pros: This place was so clean! I am so picky about my rooms and pools and Hilton didn't disappoint. We traveled with kids and the pool had a lot of them during the week (not sure about weekend), and they all had such a fun time. Also, so conveniently located by all of the shops and food. Great and accommodating staff. No complaints here!

And they didn't nickel-and-dime us for every little thing, such as the toothbrushes we forgot and the room towels we accidentally left at the pool. Cons: I arrived to the hotel very late after getting a flat tire during travel and waiting for aaa. Upon late check in, showering and jumping into bed, I woke up to discover the sheets underneath the comforters were spotted and dirty with something that looked like food, even spreading to my brand new pajamas. The front desk agent and manager had me come down to the front desk three separate times to speak to them and show them my pjs as well as having the housekeeping manager inspect the room and not replacing the sheets. They just left the mattress completely bare. When I asked them what it was on the sheets so I know how to treat my brand new pjs, I was told housekeeping would’ve never left the room in that condition. As a customer who stays frequently with Hilton to the point that I used Hilton points to Book this stay, I felt very unappreciated. Not only did the staff do absolutely nothing to accommodate the poor room conditions, they basically accused me of making the mess myself. Then offered the same discount available as online as an extra discount to accommodate when I stated I was staying two additional nights.

Pros: I decided to make a pit stop in Palm Spings after moving out of Los Angeles. By myself during Thanksgiving, I was worried that I'd feel lonely. That was not the case. Everyone was so friendly and attitudes were checked at the door. I came not feeling good about myself and my body. I left feeling reenergized and sassy. Great people, wonderful beds, excellent pools. Thanks! I want to make this an annual thing.

Cons: We had reserved two rooms with confirmation but upon check-in we were initially told we only had one room. It took about 30 minutes to resolve the issue. One of the rooms we were given had a broken AC. A maintenance tech was immediately sent to our room to work on it and we left for dinner, Upon return from dinner, the desk lady told us he was still working on it but when we got to our room he was gone and the AC didn’t work. We were given another room, This room had an issue with doors, I got stuck in the bathroom after shutting the door. The door jammed and took awhile for me to open it, The next morning we were unable to get the door open to exit our room. This would have been a death trap in the event of a fire. We eventually got it opened and reported it to the desk upon check-out. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Pros: the pool and the DJ were great. the bed was incredibly comfortable. the balcony overlooking the pool was a good plus
Cons: It was probably a little more expensive than it was worth. the front desk was really rude on my way in which was weird. the bright colors felt a little like it was trying to overcompensate that it was still a pretty cheep remodel. The cleaning service entered my room each day at 9am before realizing i was still in there sleeping - like actually walked in before i had time to even say dont come in. The fire alarm went off in the morning for about 30 minutes, not really their fault but still annoying.

Pros: The concierge, Lynne, made our stay special! She is super friendly, accommodating and thoughtful. The hotel has everything you need! Pool and oustside activities were very resort-like, and the bar/restaurant on site was perfect for a happy hour start to our night out! Our next stay we plan on using their gym and cruisers to explore PS. Also loved the Buz Bus stop right outside front door. Had a great stay and will be back!

Cons: Well, as we walk to our room. We get off the elevator to find plastic and paper on the floor as they were painting all the rooms. Along with paint fumes. When entering the room. My friend went to the bathroom only to find a 2 inch cockroach laying on its back legs moving. And the fixtures in the bathtub broken. When calling the front desk all target said was come back to the lobby and we will change your room. So we gathered all of our luggage and walked in the sun back. We decided to cancel and go to a different hotel as we didn’t feel comfortable there. We never even heard a “sorry” or had a manager of any come and personally apologize. Just a “so you’re checking out?” Bottom line is that we will never stay here nor would we ever recommend it to anyone.

Pros: We arrived early on the day we were scheduled to check in and we were welcomed even though our room wasn't ready for hours. They held our luggage while we borrowed their bikes to ride into town and get lunch. After, we sipped on cocktails at the pool. When we checked in later in the afternoon we took a nap on the most comfortable bed! The room was cute and clean and totally quiet when the door was closed even though there was a fun active vibe and pumping music at the pool below. We had a great time and can't wait to return!

Cons: it is in well known gay area of Palm Springs. To have it converted to a "straight" resort is a slap in the face. And to be notified upon checking in was a total disappointment. If we could get a refund we would of and left. The staff was 100% accommodating, no complaints with them.
