Very nice people. They take advantage tourists. Even if you went on priceline to get a price deduction for a car rental they don’t agree to it and give a price hike and make you pay are large amount for car insurance. I’m never renting from them ever againReviewed 16 Feb 2024

Pros:When I arrived to pick up vehicle the Payless Rental Agency had no office inside the airport or shuttle that takes you to pick up the office. You have to walk three blocks towards there office!!!! With a family of three small children and four suitcases.....Once I arrived to the office there was a line of about 15 people in front of me, which was not a problem because it was a Friday and I could understand the rush. Once it was my turn after one hour and half of waiting they informed me that the vehicle I had requested was not available even though I had reserved it with more than a week of anticipation. That they could offer me a regular car but that it would cost me about double what the original reservation would be. They informed me that because I did not do the reservation directly with them that I had to call you're office to change anything ……..I tried many times calling you're office but with no luck...….This has been the worst experience me and my family have had …..We have never been treated like this …...We will never you you're service and will definitely recommend to any one we know or meet never to use this service ever.Cons:Everything..........When I arrived to pick up vehicle the Payless Rental Agency had no office inside the airport or shuttle that takes you to pick up the office.
