Cons:The vehicle couldve been in better conditions. The driver’s seat was broken and the seats were dirty. Also, I reserved a Jetta and they gave me a Vento. They would not honor my reservation for the vehicle I reserved.Reviewed 2 Jan 2020

Cons:The whole experience was a mess! Ordered a Suburban, got a dated minivan. Took 2 hrs to prepare the car. People before us had waited 3 hrs. Most unorganized and disappointing experience with a rental I’ve ever had.Reviewed 20 Dec 2019

Cons:Check in was long, we had to wait for a while for the guy to wash the car. It arrived when we did so we understood we needed to wait for them to prepare it for us, but he washed others even after he was told to wash ours first. Also no car manual MUCH needed bc we got a flat tire!!Reviewed 8 Jul 2019
