So many issues from this hotel. My curtain was broken, there was no conditioner in the bathroom and when I asked in the lobby, I was told that they were out. C’mon, I paid $300 a night and you couldn’t provide conditioner? That was a joke! Also, saw a cockroach by the coffee table during breakfast. I will never go back to this hotel! Cons (-) There was no queen bed as requested upon arrival, cleaning staff would not take no for an answer when I asked them to wait an hour to clean, check in and check out times did not match documents I received. Staff had too bad so sad attitude about problems.

Cons (-) The quality of the bed could be improved. It squeaked anytime moved. However, didn’t prevent me from sleeping or staying asleep. Pillows made it feel better.

Pros (+) Loved the spacious rooms and all the amenities including the refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenette area, dishes, and keurig. The lobby was extremely clean and they had an assortment of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Felt very safe in this hotel. Very friendly staff.
Cons (-) I loved absolutely everything about this hotel and plan to stay here again
