Pros (+) Phoned ahead to let them know what time my family would be arriving but then they got stuck in traffic. Phoned back up and ask to stay up just incase they were late for check-in. Which the lady agreed to. Then called me when they arrived to let me know they arrived safely. My wife said it's good value for money and will book again for the next trip to Plymouth.
