The building is older and our bathroom was so hot and not ventilated at all (stayed humid and wet). The staff was super sweet and the location is good for a 20-30 minute walk to most anything downtown.

Pros (+) Great location, friendly staff, excellent value.
Cons (-) Bed was a little lumpy, and the bathroom was a little dirty. Manageable if you’re not too picky.

Pros (+) Renovations have made it reasonably modern Nice bathrooms Good location for what I needed.
Cons (-) Noise is a bit of an issue, as the walls transmit sound easily and it's adjacent to two reasonably busy roads.

Pros (+) Great location, close to downtown. Staff was friendly, rooms appeared clean.
Cons (-) A little noisy at night. The room smelled heavily of perfumed air freshener. The bathroom had what appeared to be fruit flies.

Pros (+) Clean, comfortable room, excellent desk service, location was where I needed it to be... not a 4 star hotel, but it didn't need to be. Perfect.

Pros (+) The staff was very accommodating, they allowed us to check in a few hours before check in time so that we could freshen up and explore the city! The location of this motel was great, we could have walked to the convention center (where we attended comic con, the reason for our visit), and most uber rides downtown were around 7-10 dollars! There were also a few decent restaurants within walking dis...
Cons (-) While the actual location of the hotel was great, it did get a bit noisy at night, with or without open windows.
