The staff were outstanding. Each one we interacted with from front desk to restaurant were superbly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It seems to be a well managed place. Clean and very comfortable it was brilliant value for money, right in the centre of Coventry. Small part of bathroom skirting board and area around sink showed signs of age, but otherwise 5*.
