Marcy Ripley, May 2025 - Premier Inn London Leicester Square
My credit card was charged 3 times for the same visit, which was an amount different than the other 2 charges. When I questioned this, the gentleman became agitated and irritated and told me it would come off to wait a day. It did fall off my statement but I didn't appreciate his impatience.

Cheryl, Feb 2025 - Premier Inn London City (Old Street)
Firstly they breached data protection laws and sent an email regarding a flood to all those bookings impacted and revealed private individuals email addresses to all those receiving the email. When I arrived I was allocated a room that had not been cleaned and they had to move me to another room. The room I had was quite noisy from the traffic outside. John, Sept 2024 - Premier Inn London St Pancras
The bathroom reeked of urine. Gross. Also, faulty fire alarm at 5am. Otherwise, everything was fine. Kind, professional, responsive staff. Great location. I should have asked for another room.

Or, like I ch...

Typical Premier Inn. Good location only short walk from Blackfriars station. Very little staff interaction as you check yourself in at a screen. Room was smaller than other premier Inns but comfortable still. Only disappointment was no bath just a shower, every other Premier Inn I've stayed in have had a bath. Breakfast was ok. No buffet at the moment, I'm assuming because of Covid but this wasn't...

Pros (+) Bed was good and the location was amazing.
Cons (-) While the room was clean the hallways weren’t, the staff could of been friendlier and no breakfast was included in the price.

Pros (+) Spotlessly clean rooms, wide variety of food in restaurant, good deals in bar. Close to air terminals. Always a good price. And this time the best thing was we had a walk in shower!
Cons (-) Lifts are a pain - mainly because hotel is busy
