Pros (+) The room we got had two beds and a nice bathroom- everything was good quality for being in a small town and I was a bit shocked that the other reviews had described this as "basic." It definitely didn't feel like some boutique hotel in a major city, but it was a great place to stay for a night or two, quiet, private, and with a great patio looking out on the docks. There is a road between you and ...

Pros (+) Great location if you are wanting to go out on the water. Our boat guide was able to pick us up at the dock across the street. All units are waterfront with AC and a fan in the unit. Has an amazing seafood restaurant next door. Walking distance to everything in town.
Cons (-) There is no glass on the windows that face the water, only a screen and wooden shutters on the inside. The water is a little stinky, and the smell came into the room if we had the shutters open. Couldn't smell it if we closed the shutters and used AC, though.
