Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many found the location convenient for exploring the city. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms and rooms, and some guests were dissatisfied with the comfort of the beds. The bathroom facilities were often described as outdated or problematic, and a few guests mentioned maintenance issues with amenities such as air conditioning and showers. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness and bathroom quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
