Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. Cleanliness and organization were highlighted as positives, along with responsive and friendly service from the staff. However, some guests felt that the value for price was lacking due to issues like extra charges, outdated facilities, and small rooms. There were also complaints about noise, malfunctioning amenities, and occasional discomfort with beds or climate control, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
