7.1 Good
Pros: Localisation Spa
Cons: There was not cleaning in fitness room No water In room 5 star hotel has nespresso machine not only boiler
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the area, close to everything’
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Lighting was very poor in the rooms and the amount of electrical outlets where is fairly poor also but we made it work
6.7 Good
Cons: it started with an email from the property couple days before our arrival to say "sorry we couldn't get hold of you on the phone, we are not able to accommodate your booking due to technical error and as a result we can offer either different date or different hotel" although on booking my reservation still appeared as confirmed ! so then we call there, lady on the reception being nice and friendly re routes us to senior manager later in a day, we then offered a subsite hotel which is not of the same calibre - we then expressed our worry and concern about the whole situation. Few hours later we called again, and magically the room was there again, "someone cancelled last minute" ….so this puts you off the wrong side already. We then been charged 450 euros prior to even checking in, upon asking why we were told it is a deposit for room/breakfast etc- but no one had bothered to inform us about it until we asked....
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved this quaint hotel. The location was perfect for visiting the historic Rouen. Staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive to all our needs. I would highly recommend this place.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable room, fabulous location and lovely setting
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. Beautiful from the outside, like a little castle. The indoor pool is great, you can go there from your room in bath robes. There were a lot of options for breakfast.
Cons: It is a little expensive, as the rooms aren't that big or well-maintained (e.g. toilet seat was crooked). It's not what I'm used to from other 5 star hotels.
Les Inities - Rouen - Bedroom

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location! It was clean and perfect for 2 people. The staff was very nice, we had a little bit of a hard time checking in because we got there after hours but because of the mix up they paid for our parking pass which was very nice!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect position in the old town, small but very comfortable room with a great view.
Cons: The stairs to the upper rooms might be a challenge for some as there isn't a lift.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, at the center of the town, short walking distance to the cathedral and Jean d'Arc sites. Hotel is in a historic house, facing the beautiful Gothic/Renaissance Justice Palace. Feels like you are living in the old town!
Cons: On Sunday not a single staff/receptionist is in the building throughout the day, and the door is locked. So if you arrive on Sunday, make sure you get the access code in advance and know how to retrieve your room key! No lift, as it's in a historic house. Not a problem for us, but may be for some people.
6.0 Good
Cons: Smell from the drain in the bathroom.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location is central to the city center and the parking garage is just around the corner. The view overlooks the Palais de Justice
Cons: The check-in is conducted in a busy café on the ground floor of the hotel. There is no lift and no signage indicating the floors/hotel room locations. The walls are thin and you hear everything. There was a plug-in kettle, but you have to unplug the light to plug it in or place it on the floor to plug it in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast lovely, ideal site for seeing Rouen, lovely room, parking nearby paid by the Hotel. We will be going back.....
Cons: Nothing, except they didn't have arestaurant for evening meals.
7.9 Good
Pros: Beautiful little hotel with decent facilities. In the absolute centre with stunning history all around.
Cons: China cups in the room (rather than plastic) might have been nicer. The shower was powerful but tricky as such a narrow bath - but forgiven completely because of the quirky nature of the building & it's age.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location perfect
Cons: No elevator tight stairs but nice rooms
5.7 Okay
Pros: Very very good location. I studied there and I know what a good location in Rouen is. From our room we had a view to Palace Justice. 10 minute walk from train station and walking distance to any sightseeing in Rouen. Room was nice and clean. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend to others with limited budget.
Cons: No elevators. Reception desk doesn’t works 7/24, though it was not a problem for us.
5.3 Okay
Pros: The location is fantastic - right in the middle of the historic city centre and opposite the stunning Court of Justice, one of the most beautiful late medieval structures anywhere. The hotel building, from the same period, is quaint and charming. As things go in France, the breakfast was above average.
Cons: The wifi did not work properly (save in the staircase, not the most convenient of options...) and the room furniture was very flimsy indeed and certainly not 'design', as rather boldly stated. No staff on location on a Sunday night - all I got was a room key, in sharp contrast with the services mentioned on the web.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very well placed in the center of the old town, behind Palace de Justice, a short walk from Cathedral and metro stop. Clean modern room in a nice old building. Very good price.
Cons: Rooms at second, third and fourth floor without elevator and narrow staircase. Good only for people travelling light. No reception when the bar below is closed. No WiFi in my room even if a router was in the corridor, but good in the bar. Some small maintenance problems

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean, beds were soft, breakfast was very good.
Cons: We rented a car and the roads were a little tricky. But that’s not the hotels fault it’s a very old city not meant for cars.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, charming hotel, exceptional value for money, fabulous breakfast, highly recommended
Cons: All good!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Had all we needed, clean and comfy. Car parking available and breakfast was good
9.2 Excellent
Cons: The hotel is very nice and the location is in the old part of the city, so we did a Lot of walking. The challenge was getting into the hotel and parking the car as you need a code to put down the blockade on the road to enter. Once parked we did not use the car during the three days we were there. Lots of nice restaurants in the area.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. The room was larger than most. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise and very good. Staff was very helpful.
Cons: We were initially shown a room which was under repair and in a musty wing of the complex. However, when we refused it, we were given a nice room on the top floor of the main building, with no fuss. Pillows were a bit flat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sense of adventure with underground car park, the whole feel of the place, the common parts decorated to perfection
Cons: Finding the hotel ,better signs, if possible staff talked me in over the phone. Calmed me down it took over one hour
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The city, shopping, Joan of Arc museum.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful small, modern hotel steps from the essential places to visit. Friendly and competent staff. Good breakfast.
Cons: Parking was difficult with the garage elevator, but not impossible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Character and history
Cons: View from window, onto a flat roof, the drain was blocked and full of water.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely helpful staff, nice room, slightly quirky literary themed hotel in the heart of the town. Very good breakfast.
Ermitage Bouquet - Rouen - Building
4
8.7 Excellent (134 reviews)
7.5 Good
Pros: All was good except for the temperature of the unit.
Cons: The unit felt cold and humid, the owners were not able to raise the temperature by one or two degrees. Because I had a cold it was uncomfortable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet and peaceful, but within very easy reach of the centre
Cons: Would of like a shower curtain as difficult to shower without the flooding the bathroom. Wi-fi was very patchy, but the weather wasn’t good , so this could of been the issue?
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, the apartment was great, very well set up. My husband especially liked the shutters on the Windows and we loved the free, secure private parking.
Cons: A couple of comfy chairs would have been nice.
7.5 Good
Pros: Could contact owners easily for extra soap and tea bags. Location very good in older part of Rouen. Space to spread out a bit. Generally a comfortable apartment and well supplied with fridge, microwave and tv. Quiet and safe.
Cons: It is an unseviced apartment so towels and tea towel were left for our 6 day stay. Pull out bed uncomfortable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Phillippe met us on arrival, he gave us an excellent debriefing( best host we had on our entire trip) on the accommodation and also layout of the town. Where to go to get food and places of interest. We messed up arrival and departure dates and Phillippe went above and beyond to accommodate us on such short notice.
Cons: Very narrow vehicle entrance to property for our car.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find. Key in a box with a code. Private parking. Very nice, quiet and comfortable apartment. We were in contact with our hosts by mail and SMS. They wanted to make sure everything was going well and we felt at home.
Cons: Everything went well.
7.5 Good
Pros: Roomy, quiet and comfortable.
Cons: A residential area offers no dining or groceries near.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room larger than the average hotel room with a large comfortable bed and extra facilities such as microwave. fridge and coffee maker. Convenient for railway station in a quiet residential area.
Cons: No shops, bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Nearest shop approx 500 metres and it is uphill to the apartment from there and from all tourist attractions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location - 10 minute walk to Musee des beaux artes

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The fact that the bread was fresh and hot was lovely. The unlimited coffee.
7.1 Good
Cons: Quite smelly...couldn't sleep because of that
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and very helpful. Excellent secure storage of bikes in underground garage only accessible via hotel. Breakfast was splendid too.
Cons: Location was not totally central, but a few minutes walk away, not a problem really.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly personnel, convenient location, great price / value balanace, clean rooms and a nice common area at the first floor.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find and has own parking
Cons: Parking is extremely tight, our car once parked in some spaces you couldn’t open either door
4.6 Okay
Pros: Very nice breakfast. Tasty and fresh-baked local food. Quite a decent coffee, even if it was from a self-serve machine. Location was at the edge of the historic centre. (Next time I would probably stay closer.)
Cons: The facilities in the room were poor. No desk lamp, no tea and coffee making - and not even any bedside power outlets for charging a phone. Only bright overhead lights made the room rather stark - lacking intimacy. I would think modern hotel design (which this is) could at least include these basic modern facilities.

8.2 Excellent (1,051 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hôtel Le Vieux Carré, you'll be centrally located in Rouen, within a 5-minute walk of Rouen Cathedral and La Maison Sublime. Featured amenities include multilingual staff and luggage storage.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel in perfect location for visiting historical sites, great restaurants and shops
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Charming and excellent location.
6.0 Good
Pros: Delightful old building, but a bit difficult to find it if you're arriving by car. The ground floor is decorated in a quirky but attractive fashion, and it exudes character. Very pretty courtyard.
Cons: The bedroom we had on the second floor was small, somewhat scruffy, and in serious need of a makeover. It also had a pervasive smell of cooking, as did the stairway. I hope the owners are able to spend the necessary funds on updating the accommodation without altering the character of the place
7.0 Good
Cons: Noisy neighborhood. It was noisy at night when I was sleeping. It seems the hotel is situated near the civilian houses. I heard people arguing with a loud noises. But eventually I fall asleep due to tiredness.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We'd like the location of the hotel - not far from the railway station and in the shopping district. Room was clean and nice. Building was old and with a nice historical atmosphere. Interesting stay experience.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, charming old style building
Cons: Rather small, no lift, staff rather busy on arrival
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very charming and an absolute perfect location.
Cons: I’ve nothing bad to say.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect - we walked, shopped, and went to the cathedral (just blocks away). The p'tit breakfast was so wonderful - croissants and bread of the finest quality. The location, though central, was quiet and lovely. Felt like we were in someone's home, rather than a small hotel. The host was welcoming, warm and bilingual.
Cons: Impossible to find! We didn't know to park underground - we REALLY explored Rouen, just by driving in circles for half an hour! Once we got in, it was a great place. VERY centrally located, which was ideal as we just walked the rest of the (short) time we were there. It is almost directly across from the Kusmi Tea store, which might help those using GPS mapping. You park underground in a public lot, and bring your bags up in an elevator about 1/2 block away from the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located very centrally in relation to the train station, all the major sites of historical and touristic interest, lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, and more. The proprietor and her staff are very knowledgeable about just about everything one would want to inquire about, and furthermore they are very friendly and willing to assist. The hotel's reception area has a lot of homey charm. There are steps to the rooms above the lobby. The staff helps with carrying luggage, but be advised that there's a climb. The hotel is blissfully quiet at night.
Cons: An additional chair or table in the room, which was spacious enough to accommodate either.

7.5 Good
Pros: Good, small and quite location hotel. Near the center. Payable, closed parking, like garage. Good for short staying. Nice car theme design.
Cons: No elevator, very small corridor before the room door.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, fresh, comfy
Cons: Longish walk to town, narrow stairs no lift, garage tricky and an extra charge for off road parking
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is handy
Cons: Family of 5 and split over 2 rooms on different floors no lift and stairs very steep. We ended up leaving luggage in car and taking only what we needed. Not a fan of the decor not sure pictures actually reflected the accomodation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and very helpful staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Superb location on quiet street with private parking, easy to get to as you drive in and of Rouen , and just 10 minutes or so walk from the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast fine. The hotel is a C19th house attractively furnished with period furniture and a racing car theme. Great value for money.
Cons: The room was small, as was the bed. Fine for our one night, and we slept well.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, very clean, simple modern style in traditional French hotel with a classic car theme. Excellent croissants. Yes I would recommend this hotel for the traveller seeking quiet charm and authenticity with a modern touch.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly family hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was quite stylish, we liked the design that reminded us of one of Hercule Poirot stories for some reason. The receptionists were very friendly and stored our luggage after check-out. The location is very near to the train station. There was a comfortable bed and the room was perfectly clean. It was in a very nice area.
Cons: Everything could be heard through the thin walls, which of course cannot be helped in such an old house. It was a little difficult to regulate water in the shower: either it was too hot or too cold :-)
D-House Rouen - Rouen - Building
9
8.9 Excellent (15 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Rouen (Rouen City Centre), this apartment is within a 5-minute walk of Rouen Cathedral and Church of Saint-Maclou. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access and multilingual staff. Limited parking is available onsite.
7.5 Good
Pros: Communication was good despite the owner being abroad. The location is perfect, right in the centre of this stunning city, in between two cathedrals.
Cons: The first photo on booking.com is misleading; it led me to think there was a sofa bed in the living room as well. The check-in process happened a bit in a hurry. There was quite a narrow timeframe (which is hard to estimate when you're on holiday) and we were a bit late because parking turned out to be a bit difficult with all the one-way streets. You have to supply a credit card and sign a form, in case you damage anything or didn't clean the apartment properly. Because of the hurry I didn't really know what I signed and what amount we were talking about to be reserved, so later on I felt quite bad about that cause it felt somewhat shady. It turned out to be fine though. I had already read in reviews that you have to clean the apartment yourself when you leave. There is a lack of instructions on this however, it was all quite vague to me.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely decor and fab location
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location. Very easy access to everything.
Cons: The room was not available when booked. They should have taken down from the available booing. The staff kindly arranged a new room. The room was not fully ready but it was ok. I wish they gave me some discount for the inconvenience.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was great The apartment was absolutely gorgeous The bathroom was a good size and super clean The host was very accommodating in meeting us to gain entry to the apartment and in our check out time which we really appreciated.
Cons: For the price of the apartment at £145 for one night we didn't expect to have to make up our own bed with sheets and covers and then be told to make sure we stripped it before leaving and clean up. Shower gel, shampoo or even just soap in the bathroom would have been useful - as it was an apartment we were expecting it to have everything we needed for a quick stay. There was a fabulous coffee machine in the kitchen but no coffee or any basics that you'd expect for the price really.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant position in Rouen eclectic lovely apartment v comfortable and quit at night surprisingly. Great welcome from the owners brother,
Cons: Nothing all good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to all the sites that we wanted to see

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fresh, clean and modern room, great bathroom. Friendly helpful staff, parking on site and plenty of breakfast. Good location for the old town and cathedrals
Cons: WiFi in bedroom 3 was poor....but that’s not why we travelled.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay very much. Not expensive so we upgraded to the deluxe room - very much worth it. Larger room, airy and still smells brand new from the recent renovations. The location was excellwnt. Very close to the historical center (approx 5 minute walk). The staff recommended us a few places to go for dinner, even made us reservations when we finally decided on the resto. The breakfast was good and more thank sufficient to start the day. Great coffee, bread, croissants, jam, ham and a few different cheeses. Since we drove to the city, we took advantage of the on-site parking. Even though you will pay about €9 per day, it is protected (unlike street parking) and they even let us to leave the car there afree we checked out, so we could explore the city a little more before moving on. Lived this small family-run hotwl.
Cons: -
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great city centre location within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops. Near the old city centre and the cathedral, with loads of historic character.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Comfortable bedding. Parking. But you MUST reserve parking in advance. They are in the midst of a renovation. We were in newly renovated rooms. Don’t know what other rooms are like. They will close this winter (2019-2020) for a major exterior face-lift.
Cons: Not a problem for us, but no elevator.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Family room was modern, spacious, airy and clean. Beds were comfortable. The owner and her son gave us a warm welcome and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Cons: Charge of €9.50 for parking Breakfast was a little expensive at €9 per person for quite a basic buffet No elevator

Cons: There was no elevator
7.5 Good
Pros: Room
Cons: No lift and location
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is excellent. Breakfast is very good. Management helpful and let us keep our car in garage for a few hours after checkout.
Cons: It was a liitle more expensive with parking and breakfast, but everything was just fine.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Great service from a very friendly lady when we checked in (Marion) She was exceptionally friendly and her English was excellent. The breakfast was excellent and I would certainly stay here again. Very comfortable beds.
Cons: The sleeper couch was not made up when we checked in so had to arrange for that to be done but that was completed with a friendly attitude.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We , booked last minute and after a long drive from spain perfect for tunnel in the morning. Plus if you going to tunnel no traffic on leaving. Under round garage a bonus as I had cycles in car . Plus grimbergen at the bar . Can't comment on location as to getting into Rouen as didn't go in .
7.5 Good
Pros: Good room with space for family of four. Good location and friendly staff.
Cons: Smell of cigarette smoke in our room. Seemed to come from the air conditioning. Not too bad but was apparent at times.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Situation and room
Cons: The prices for breakfast
6.7 Good
Cons: Air conditioning not working.
7.4 Good
Pros: It was right for 4 adults but generally acceptablr
Cons: There are openings in the swinging doors to the shower area that created a problem with privacy. We had two teenage girls and two men.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Secure parking, comfortable bed, walking distance to some nice restaurants (towards the cathedral)
Cons: Bedroom carpet dirty! Didn't fell 100% comfortable. And internet connection very intermittent.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Nice bathroom double bed was comfy single bed wasn’t, Underground parking wS good
Cons: Room very outdated Had to pay extra money to park car, Staff not friendly at all miserable as sin , Busy road right outside, won’t be coming back
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Very little. This is only slightly above IBIS in quality and had several of the same design items in the rooms as IBIS Budget.
Cons: The profile says "parking" - in reality the hotel only has 20 spaces, and those are almost always full we were told. The counter staff told us and the next three customers who showed up while we were checking in "find your own space on the street" -- which in Rouen is both very hard, and far to likely to have your morning start with a new dent in the car. The room we were given was 1/2 the size of the photo. Really amazing how it looked sort of the same layout...but was so cramped we couldn't move around. The bed's weren't the same size as in the profile. When we showed the counter manager the photo and description differences with the promised room and the reality, the response was "I don't write what is on the websites, so can't help you." Very much a vacation fail.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location of the hotel with onsite parking
Cons: Basic but value for money
Le Relais De Montigny - Rouen - Building
12
8.0 Excellent (297 reviews)
Overview Reviews
This comfortable hotel is located in Rouen. A total of 21 accommodation units are available for guests' convenience at Le Relais de Montigny. Pets are not permitted on the premises.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Huge spider in the bathroom, tiny shower and bed; staff doesn’t speak English and there is nothing around! Definitely not going back there. Too expensive for just accommodation!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Did not stay for breakfst, but was offered an early start which was very thoughtful. The room was very comfortable and modern bathroom. Extra pillows in wardrobe and bath robes.Rafa was made very welcome. I
Cons: I found the room a little too warm but was able to leave the french doors onto the balcony open.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and comfortable room , ideal for one night stay.
Cons: We had booked the restaurant at the same time as the hotel yet when we went down to dinner at c7.45pm, every table in the restaurant was taken. Of the 11 tables , all but one had a single male looking at his phone/tablet ! This is obviously a hotel for business people and is geared up as such. I had the impression they were all on a meal and board package as they seem to have a different menu from ours. When we finally got a table and ordered from the a la carte menu, we were so disappointing with our food. The lamb was not just 'pink' which we like but simply raw...the pork was still pink in the middle.....we ate very little.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Garden
Cons: I can’t say I didn’t like it . It was ok for the money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely village location, very clean, child and dog friendly and excellent food!
Cons: Nothing, is definitely stay again and have recommended to friends.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was particularly useful to have a terrace leading directly onto the garden, so that when the dog needed to relieve herself, it was very easy to find a quiet corner, away from the view of other guests. The staff were particularly helpful, even if run off their feet: putting us on a first floor room. The room had plenty of space, and we enjoyed the terrace.
Cons: It wasn't obvious that the hotel was on a different motorway the one we were using, and in a different part of town from the one we were using, nor was it their fault that Montigny isn't very well signposted or easy to spot in the evening light.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice room overlooking lovely gardens
Cons: No air conditioning and not even a fan available during very hot weather, which made the room very uncomfortable unfortunately
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice room. Good dinner in restaurant and available on a Sunday evening.

7.9 Good
Pros: We stayed at Rouen as a half way stop off between Dunkirk and Mont Saint Michele and chose the Ibis because it was cheaper, walking distance to the town centre and they offered secure parking on site (turns out this is an extra 8 euros for the night) so it was incredibly convenient. We knew we would be tired from a long drive and didn’t want to mess about with parking so we could go and find dinner before it got too late. So this was perfectly comfortable and gave a good nights sleep and we were very pleased with what we paid for it. We had a delightful meal at one of the restaurants in the cathedral area where there are beautiful Norman style buildings and we had a beautiful crossiant breakfast sat outside in one of the cafes on a beautiful October Sunday morning! Was very idyllic! Hairdryer and towels are provided and both the room and bathroom were clean.
Cons: I would have liked some tea and coffee making facilities - as I knew before I arrived there wasn’t any and we had the car I actually packed my own kettle!
7.5 Good
Pros: Having secure parking is a massive bonus (paid an additional charge for it - & happy to!). In a city where we have previous found it difficult to park, this was the main reason we stayed at this hotel. Ibis are a bit like Premier Inns in the UK. You know that you will get a certain standard and prices up and down the country are pretty much the same. You also know that the brand new build hotels will be fantastic and feel like a bargain, whereas the older ones will feel tired around the edges. This is an older Ibis, but for an overnight stay on a road trip it was perfect. Reasonable price. Clean & everything worked. 10 minutes walk from the gorgeous city centre, and parking!
Cons: Reception staff rarely looked up to say hello & were a bit perfunctory. We avoid eating or drinking at Ibis because the prices are daft, but with a well located hotel like this & so many options on the doorstep, why would you? Few sockets in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location for the town and the river .
Cons: Car park was a bit full .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was very good, Only a short walk from the River side and the beautiful Old Town. The Room was very comfortable, clean and well presented.
Cons: Slightly difficult to locate on a busy road, Also the car parking spaces were a little on the small side making it awkward to get in and out of the vehicle.
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable stay, safe enclosed parking, close to centre for some wonderful restaurants
Cons: All good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location excellent for visiting Rouen and what a lovely place to visit .
Cons: The room was a bit basic .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very poor value for money, nothing in room to make you feel comfortable..not even water, plus we had t to pay extra for pay extra for parking.. I found a chateau for the same price on hotels.com that includes parking & breakfast.. your hotel wanted us to pay an extra 21 euro for that too.. The only reason I couldn’t book was because my card would not work to book it..
Cons: Small room

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was located about a 20 minute walk from the old town section. There is public transportation outside the front door of the hotel, There is also a shopping mall across the street. On Sundays pretty much everything is closed, tough to find somewhere to eat close to the hotel. Staff were very efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 10 euros, cereals, yogurt, juice,, coffee, boiled eggs, bread, jams, meats and cheese.
Cons: nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: Place is fine, all the rest is ok.
Cons: Disorganized staff left me and my 4yo daughter without a room after leaving 9ma and coming back at 22h30. Also, after they said they didn't have a room (leaving us on the street, basically), I said I wanted to call the police, and got a nice answer , and I quote: "at least there you will have where to spend the night", by the great receptionist called Sebastien, on Sunday the 11th August 2019. After much discussion, he magically found a room...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfy, easy! Staff were nice, breakfast was really good too!
7.1 Good
Pros: It’s location was close to the centre, had secure parking and friendly staff

Pros: We arrived late so there was nobody at the reception area as it closes at 8pm. We did notify them of our arrival time so they gladly left the key in the door of the room. Communication was clear and efficient. Location is good, very close to the old town area. Public Parking is also few minutes away and cost around €15 per night stay. It’s a corky looking hotel, full of character.
Cons: Rooms and bathroom could do with some updating.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was great and the bed was very comfortable with new fresh linens.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and good value too. Fridge and kettle in room 33. Close to both old and new parts of city. 200 mts from Musee des Beaux Arts. Bus to station outside Hotel de Ville 50 mts.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bed in particular was excellent. Centrally located. The breakfast was better than i was expecting to be honest. There is parking, but not for the faint of heart.
Cons: It reflected Rouen for us. It looked tired and worn. Its location on a noisy main road didn't help, and the carp0et in the lift was a disgrace! It just about passes muster as a commercial hotel. We saw several better looking hotels in the city.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Lights in the room
10.0 Excellent

8.4 Excellent (5,246 reviews)

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location is perfect, right in the center of the town. You can hear the cathedral's bells which is very charming. The room was clean and well equipped. The deco is a little bit on the modern cheap side but overall the room was nice.
Cons: Bedding quality was totally unacceptable. The bed was so hard that we had to sleep on our pillows. Looking at the mattress, this is the cheapest quality you can find. The top mattress is 1/4" thick... I will not sleep there again ever.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, everything you could need was there. The staff were not only helpful, they went out of their way to be friendly and humerus. They made reservations for us in a wonderful French restaurant JUDY a couple of blocks from the hotel. A most enjoyable stay. Secure parking beneath the hotel was a plus as was the availability of carts to handle our luggage in one trip from the car to our room. Just a few steps from the cathedral.
Cons: Driving to the hotel is complicated. The street in front of the hotel is blocked by one of those up/down barriers, we had to call the hotel and they were able to give us the code to lower the barrier. The bathtub is very small with extremely high sides. Getting in and out was impossible for us (age related mobility problems you know) so we weren’t able to use the bathtub/shower.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, comfortable hotel
Cons: Breakfast area was cramped. My partner says breakfast was overcooked, it was certainly expensive. The usb socket was defective.

Pros: I love how warm and approachable the staff was. The scrambled eggs was really yummy, and the collection of tea was very impressive. It was lovely having Netflix on the TV as well. Thank you!
Cons: I didn’t like that it was too warm in the room at night, and I couldn’t leave the windows open ajar, but had to leave it open all the way to get some air in.
7.9 Good
Cons: Room over hot. No way to cool it down Breakfast very poor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great bed very comfortable and good size shower
Cons: No kettle or tea/coffee
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff are great, very helpful and friendly. There is secure underground parking very close for €16 for 24hrs. The hotel is in a super location for the main sites too. All within easy walking distance.
Cons: €7 for two tiny bottles of water is a real rip off. They're €0.50 in the shop up the road (closed, hence we had to buy in the hotel) The hotel could use a lick of paint here and there. It's looking a bit tired.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location Attentive staff. We stayed in backstage room. Hilarious! Not to be missed!
Cons: N/A

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly placed in the heart of the city <3
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, if You are travelling without car. Stuff is very helpful to find any information. Very good breakfast. And nice, small garden in the patio. But rooms and equipment looks worn.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: This place is very quaint. It is in a great location next to the cathedral and is clean and comfortable despite being obviously very old (and by that I don't mean worn down - I mean that you can tell the building has been there forever but it is well taken care of). There is a nice court yard/patio with a very friendly cat and a nice breakfast. Would stay there again 100%
Cons: The key system is a little old, other than that, everything is great!
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely little hotel in a great location.
Cons: My only moan was that we asked for a non smoking room but the room we were given really smelled of cigarettes, even though they had aired it by leaving the windows open.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, friendly and extremely helpful staff ❤️ The patio is also very cosy with comfy seatings.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location, the cathedral bells don't chime until 9am either so it's still peaceful.
Cons: It's a very old historic building, and it was very warm, I couldn't work out how to control the heating in the room and it was too warm without the large window open. There were great facilities for making coffee, but not a kettle to make tea unfortunately.
