Excellent 'continental' breakfst with the croissants and bread delivered at 5.30 that morning from the bakery! The town square and harbourside was a 5 minute walk away and for what was a dot on the Michelin map 'tres charmant' Ideal base to visit the local memorials and cemetaries commemorating the defense of the town after the Dunkirk evacuation.

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, cleanliness, location.
Cons: There was no restaurant service on the evening of our stay.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, a short walk from town centre and harbour. Plenty of parking. Pleasant view from rooms, either marina or garden. Efficient reception staff, especially Sandra who kindly found my mum's lost purse and thus saved our holiday single-handedly.
Cons: No complaints about the hotel itself, but some extremely noisy guests returned to their rooms at 3am and continued their revelry for the next hour or two. Sleep was impossible during this period. The nearby 'Irish pub' was a bit of a disappointment; I'm afraid that I couldn't see any signs of research to create an authentic atmosphere.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The view from the room with the sea view was brilliant
Cons: The room was a little basic, the bathroom had mould on the shower curtain and there was, what appeared to be a used bandaid, on the spare sheet in the wardrobe. The checkout is at 12 noon, but because reception closes at 10:30, we were asked to go down and pay at 10:30...but we were only told this at 10:30 when someone knocked on the door and assertively asked for payment. It would have been helpful for reception to tell us this information when we checked in.
7.1 Good
Pros: Our room looked out to the ocean. The nearby seawall is very pleasant to walk out on. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The balcony was too small to allow for chairs. The room itself was small. The bathtub was stained. The hotel is adjacent to a waterfront plaza which seemed a bit incongruous with a small French town.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: sea view
Cons: more choise at breakfastbuffet
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Location amazing if you have a room with a sea view.
Cons: There was a lounge area with a sofa and chairs next to the breakfast room but it could only be accessed during breakfast and the check in period between 16:00 and 19:30. It would have been nice to have had access to it during the day, particularly if the weather was bad.
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower, decent breakfast
Cons: A little tired - old carpets and peeling wallpaper
7.1 Good
Pros: Location was superb
Cons: The bathroom mirror lamp did not work. The bedside lamp was falling off the wall. The landing lamp on the first floor did not work
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room had a balcony overlooking the sea.
Cons: There was no common area for playing games or reading. There was a sitting area next to the breakfast area but that area was locked most of the time.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: Booked 3 rooms none of which had doors on the wardrobe sized shower toilet rooms so you are on view while using the toilet. Ok for a one night stop. We stayed for 2 nights. Showers Not thermostatically controlled which wasn't great for our small children.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Shower Darknes and smell Breakfast poor Room for breakfast in the Othelr hotel not clean and dirthy
7.1 Good
Pros: Non-standard furniture, we liked the old style. The landscape is nice and that is why we stopped by on our way back from holidays. We were a bit surprised that many things in the city looked a bit as having had better times.
Cons: There is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. A bit strange to have the toile practically in the room, however, we found an extra one on the floor downstairs.
6.7 Good
Pros: Clean - mostly friendly and lovely petite déjeuner breakfast - awesome value for €8.80 with nice ‘French Touch’
Cons: Message came from patron to night manager that my chambre was ‘disagreeable’ - meaning the idiot was not proper . Instead of telling me at 9 or 10 am , they waited until 9pm to pass the message to the night manager that the patron would like to cancel my reservation. We found the source of the concerning problem was a bottle of very strong Carribean chilli sauce which I had left the lid off . I left my window open when I went out for the day , and to make matters worse , they closed this window ( so no natural ventilation) , and left it closed all day with the heater on . I would say one of the worst treatments by staff in all my life in any professional environment .
5.8 Okay
Cons: there was no tea or coffee ,and no kettle
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I didn't go for the breakfast option. Location was central, close to shops, restaurants etc. .
Cons: A little strange that there were no staff in the hotel but I got used to it.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff were helpful in offering us an alternative room even if it was only for one night.
Cons: The room we were originally offered was very poor - no separation between bathroom and bedroom and an alternative was only available for one night. The location wasn't the best. Breakfast was served at another hotel across the road. The breakfast itself was good but we were given chipped cups.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel looks not too good outside, but inside is absolutely comfortable, clean and charming.
