The hotel overall was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby was beautiful. Restaurant was delicious.
Our room wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair on the walls in the bathroom. A dog biscuit on the floor and the carpets were dingy and needed a deep cleaning. While it was a nice hotel it was very expensive for the accommodations you received.
Loved the location, everything was within walking distance
Valet was a little high priced, worth it considering the location
Clean rooms, nice staff, excellent location.
Horrible view. Parking is outrageous.
THat was close to good places
Room had very tasteful decor, bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful and location perfect for the first three days of a travel vacation.
Staff was fantastic, curtious and always had a smile on their face. Safe, pleasant hotel, within walking distance, two blocks to be exact, from Fisherman's Wharf.
Restaurant/Bar closed at 10. It would be nice if at least the bar was kept open until regular adult establishment hours.
the bed is amazing and the front desk is helpful and competent
the parking was valet only and the price was $42 a day(its not going to be cheaper anywhere else) but the bellmen were not very friendly and were not happy to repeatedly get the car for me.
location-concierge-home-like lobby-inviting-great restaurant
booked king room on line-got there and had a queen-very disappointed-have a queen at home!!
Easy to get to places of interest and front desk staff willing and able to help.
Location was good, hotel was available when I needed to be in SF, within walking distance to Wharf, decent on-site restaurant.
Distance from elevators to room.
location, close to transport,(excursions); winetasting every day 5-6 in the afternoon where one can meet fellow travellers.
Nicely furnished and the lobby area was a pleasant place to sit and chat over coffee or wine. Excellent location and concierge Alan was very helpful
Room was a bit dark but not a major issue
Friendly atmosphere and close to waterfront attractions . Evening wine tasting was lovely - can recommend this hotel
the location is excellent.
our room was very noisy from staff running up & down the metal stairs, The fire alarm went off twice during our stay waking us up, no apology from staff or managment.
Staff was friendly and helpful....nice location close to North Beach and Fishermans Warf.
They did not have an express check-out system. You had to go to the front desk and do it the old fashion way.....not a big deal but you need to plan for it accordingly.
