Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and access to public transport. Many reviews highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, as well as the value and quality of the complimentary breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff were mentioned in several reviews, though there were also some complaints about unprofessional or unhelpful service. The lack of on-site parking and issues with parking availability were common negatives. Some guests noted noise from the surrounding area and occasional maintenance issues, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) As a frequent Holiday Inn traveler (I am platinum) I have on my profile clearly written that I want "high floor away from elevator" They gave me the room closest to the elevator on the 3rd floor. After a broken night of sleep from loud elevator bells every hour or more, I don't have a great feel from this hotel...
Pros (+) Most
Cons (-) No safety box in the room, which is a big concern for me.
