Pros (+) Charm of boutique hotel
Cons (-) No AC!!! And it was 95 in the city that day We had to check out and get a room across the street at the Hilton

Pros (+) Coffee shop attached had excellent coffee with a discount for hotel customers. Bed was also quite comfortable
Cons (-) One of the noisiest hotel rooms i've stayed in. There was very loud banging from water pipes inside the room as well as lots of traffic and street noise. Also lightbulbs in the room were burned out.

Pros (+) -Excellent Location with easy access to multiple neighborhoods, felt a bit grimy but not unsafe -Decent Sized Rooms -Extremely Comfortable Beds, Slept really Well -Friendly Staff
Cons (-) -Bathroom Sink Drained Slowly -No view from the room -Amenity fee--didn't seem to get any value for it -Only one tiny elevator, had to wait for a while at times -Restaurant/Bar is closed on Sundays
