location was ok
a little dated,
I liked that I could text the front desk if I needed something rather than wait on hold
The area was extremely dirty. Food for sale at the hotel was ridiculously overpriced. No view from our room
Hotel was clean and we got a free upgraded room. The view was disapointing as it featured a number of cranes etc. Overall it was what I expected. Would have preferred a better view.
Staff is not friendly not approachable especially the in room dining service and coffee shop staff are rude. Front desk and concierge are so busy to assist anyone. In room dinning closes at noon, we were told at the time of check in it’s open 24 hrs. It’s not worth the money one is paying. Service is at a level of motel not a hotel.
Location was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Pool was out of action and they gave us very short notice that pool was being upgraded. We had booked room with outdoor space near pool and may not have booked had known pool would out of use.
