Pros: Breakfast, friendly staff.
Cons: Spotty WiFi access.connection Dropped in between. Mainly near far end of lobby.
Pros: My room was not the usual suite that I booked. It was my mistake when I made the reservation. Front desk upgraded me for $10 bucks which is worth it!!
Cons: I went for breakfast 20 min. befor it was over, the lady who was making the omelette wouldn't take my order! She said that its almost closing time , she had to many orders to fill! I proceeded down the buffet line and no plates and some food items empty.
Pros: Great service. Good value for cost.
Cons: Some accessories need updating. Expected a bit more 'luxury feel' to go with Hyatt brand. Super clean accommodations....great housekeeping staff.

Pros: Closeness to the 49er stadium and the breakfast
Pros: Friendly Check In Staff
Cons: ants in bathroom and bed
Pros: relaxed and modern
Pros: The value for the size of the room and amenities was great. From the parking area to check-in, the parking garage, the lobby, the hallways/elevator, and the room. Not one thing I would change about my experience. Stayed at the 1 bedroom suite.
Cons: I can't think of one thing I did not like about the hotel. It was a wonderful experience for myself and my family.
Pros: Location. Fish wild is the new place we love eating.
Cons: The key card to get to your floor in the elevator.
Hyatt House offers a different kind of guest experience with fresh service - inspired design - and comfortable luxury.
Pros: The restaurant host was incredibly attentive and efficient.
Pros: The check in and check out were simple. Breakfast was nice. Myself and my 3 children has plenty of room in the king room.
Pros: Great property. Spacious, busy and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and good and nice to have a bar/restaurant on the adjacent property.
Cons: I had 2X confirmed the shuttle would take me within a 4 mile radius. I confirmed it again before I went and was confirmed by the first van driver I had. Then I was told it could only transport me to the airport or corporate campuses. Disappointed.
Pros: The breakfast was very good.
Pros: EVERYTHING !
Cons: I have to pay to park my car
Pros: The staff was very friendly, and helpful. I liked the idea that they called our room a few minutes after we settled in to see how things were. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, it wasn't just coffee and donuts. I would definitely come back!

Pros: Friendly Staff, very advanced room facility
Cons: Breakfast is not free
Pros: Love the style the cleanest and never have any problems in booking a room keep up the good work
Cons: The bar was closed
Pros: A very new, modern European-style hotel, very much like the Icelandic Air hotels in Iceland, but with amenities designed to serve Millenials -- many snacks available from refrigerated displays, and even eggs (I believe)from a small, staffed kitchen.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with good room prices

Pros: Nice clean hotel with many amenities (gym, pool, private computers with printers ....)
Cons: Tad noisy next to the 237 freeway ... bu
Pros: Not noisy. Clean room. Starbucks served in the morning at the cafe in the lobby...very convenient

Pros: Relaxing, outstanding and kind staff, outstanding rooms, homey
Cons: I recommend for any visit, especially relaxing romantic weekend
Pros: We stayed here 1 night in room 121. It was a suite with easy access to the swimming pool. The back door lead right to the swimming pool. The pool looks bigger in the picture but it's still a excellent size. The staff was great and Sunday brunch was delicious. Good hotel to relax and get away from the regular 9-5.
Cons: The only thing I can critique is we were there on a Saturday and there's was nothing special for dinner. The bar food was ok and room service food was ok. No restaurants walking distance but no big deal. Everything was releasing
Pros: Great grounds and plenty of character; a relaxing venue with history and luxury.
Pros: The staff was very helpful when it was found out that the website I had booked through hadn't communicated with the hotel fully and they had to go digging for my reservation. But I got a room, it was very nice, even if a bit cramped, but that didn't detract from my stay. The grounds were very nice. I enjoyed their exercise room, it was more filled out than most hotels. I just wish I had had warmer weather to enjoy the pool and more time to enjoy every other feature of Hayes Mansion.
Pros: Driving up the residential street and coming upon the entrance for the 1st time gives you a feeling of stepping back in time to another era.
The attention to detail and the beautiful wood trim all around gave a feeling of a very special place.
Cons: I had only one night to explore the mansion and surroundings.
Pros: Beautiful grounds
Nice rework of what was there previously
Nice pool and hot tub
Cons: Difficult to get to (in the middle of a neighborhood)
Staff wouldn't print me a receipt (big issue on business travel)
Pool / spa could be open later
Pros: The grounds are really nice with a large and comfortable patio seating area and swimming pool.
Cons: The furnishings in the room were old, old, old, and poorly decorated.
Cons: Used condom wrapper in the drawer. Need i say more.
Cons: I had called ahead to make sure I coukd check in late, but when i got there, I couldn't find the front desk person (or anyone) for 5 minutes, then when I finally found her, she found my reservation, but couldn't tell what rooms were available & so had to call her manager, and long story short, it was just over half an hour between when I walked in the front door and walked into my room. She said it was her second day, which I can only imagine is really overwhelming, so I was trying to be patient, and I've had good experiences every other time I've stayed there, but i have to say, this one left a sour taste in my mouth.
Pros: Staff incredibly attentive
Cons: The shortness of our stay
Pros: Everything from the room/bathroom was spotless incredibly clean . beautiful place to stay. Absolutely no negative comments to say.also GREAT STAFF! Very helpful and on point..even if I have to go out of my way to stay here again it would be worth it.very quite also.no traffic noises etc.will be back for another stay asap!!!

Pros: It's super clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, there is a hot tub, there is a gym, the mattress is phenomenal -- best night of rest, it's quiet, it's in a good location for restaurants/shopping. It's a good stop if you're in the area.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Fun location, great vibe, beautiful common areas and outdoor living space. Wonderful breakfast included with room.
Cons: Called to confirm pool was open (November) with beverage service, were told it was and that someone would come out to offer us drinks. Nobody ever came for 3 hours.
Pros: Convenient location, rooms are spacious
Cons: Staff who were responsible for room service, hotel operator on phone were outright rude
Pros: Great hot tub and pool in a convenient location right in Santana row. Spacious rooms, well furnished and decorated. A welcome respite from Silicon Valley.
Pros: Staycation Paradse...
Ran away Halloween night...
Great food drinks and security keep fun a perfect balance

Pros: The proximity to the convention center and civic hall was crucial for my team's stay and this property is next to both. The accomadations and staff were excellent. I would recommend splurging a little fir the concierge lounge.
Pros: Top notch hotel. Clean, newly remodeled, all amenities & on site restaurants etc
Cons: The valet. He did not specify pricing of valet vs self park or exactly where self park was located.
Pros: Room was very quiet, even with all of the airplane traffic on approach to San Jose Airport.
Pros: Had a problem with the first room but they helped me switch rooms no questions asked
Pros: Great room overall, clean hotel in excellent location. Close to shops, food, and activities. Great service and friendly staff. Convenient parking (though it costs extra even without valet) garage connected to the hotel. Only a block away from Original Joe's. Despite a few quirks, I would stay here again.
Cons: Charge for WiFi (unless you are an Elite member), ridiculous prices for snack shop food and goods ($5 for a Dairy Milk candy bar, $6 for an Odwalla Smoothie!), $45 for a t-shirt! Also, the hotel smells like the air freshener they pipe in at many of the Las Vegas hotels (could be a plus if you like that). Also, the choice of "aromatherapy" soaps are awful--why not go the clean, fresh scent of soap instead of burned wood?
Cons: Pay WiFi with speed tiers.
Pros: Excellent location, top choice for San Jose. Walking distance to major attractions and night life in the area. Excellent VTA transit access as well. Also consider the Hilton and Fairmont nearby.
Valet parking is $29 with in/out privileges. This is a reasonable price for the area.
Cons: The valet service was overwhelmed since the hotel had no self park option. Plus, the valet was serving guests who weren't even staying at the hotel but attending a concert or conference in the area. It's a bit ridiculous that it takes 20 minutes to drop off a car with valet and another 20 minutes to pick it up.
Pros: I really Liked its location, we were attending a event at the convention center and the hotel is actually leads into the convention center. That was great! We didn't have to walk at all. All staff members were extremely nice and willing to offer any help that they could offer. The hotel was very busy due to the event, but the staff still dealt with customers in a very polite and friendly manner. I also wanted to say thank you to this hotel for not treating us any different than there other guest, we have been to other hotels and due to our ethnic background have been treated like we were some how less. This hotel did an excellent job treating everybody well and respectively Thank you so much!
Cons: Some of the things that we weren't so pleased with that room service had certain hours and that it wasn't 24 hours and that the rooms were a little smaller than what we excepted. But overall we had a great experience

Pros: Loved the view of the courtyard from our room. The sofabed was more comfortable than I expected.
Cons: The air conditioner was regulated to not go below a certain temperature. When it reached that temp the room got very hot.
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: I needed a taxi to get to my room. Had I known it was so far away, I would have cancelled and moved. Called 4 x from the airport and let the phone ring 20x each. No one answered until the 5th call. How about picking up and say please hold.
Pros: The staff
Cons: Layout of the room
Cons: Only one cup of coffee in the room Tiny room
Pros: Convenience to SJC airport.
Cons: Paid $5 for morning coffee that was mediocre at best.
Pros: courtyard marriott is very clean and quiet convenient
Pros: Great location close to the airport! The staff was very helpful!
Cons: The room smelled odd. Only reason for the 8's. Also would rather not have a handicapped room due to the bathroom experience.
Pros: Room had sliding glass door with usable balcony. Ham and cheddar breakfast sandwich from restaurant was really good.
Cons: No in-room refrigerator, no soda machine on each floor.
Pros: Your staff or the Hotel staff are not honest. I asked for 2 rooms next to each other with 2 beds each and was assured by you and the Hotel that it would be done. When we got to the hotel it was not reserved as I expected. I will not use your service again
Cons: Liars are not what I expected..
Pros: Super convenient location for us to airport and to the highway
Cons: Most everything was perfect for our needs
Pros: It seemed very quiet, couldn't hear the neighbors and couldn't hear people walking the hallways very much.
Cons: No, it was a good hotel, I'd recommend it to others.

Pros: We were very impressed with the staff all around, reception, bellmen, cleaning staff etc.
Cons: Lots and lots of hidden fees that will drive up your bill significantly.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, upscale, great location in heart of city near restaurants, businesses, arena, light rail, freeway. Wonderful accomodations. Easy check- and check-out.
Cons: Expensive parking. We parked in a garage one block from the hotel to avoid unreasonable $26 nightly fee. Most big cities charge this much, and higher, but why do have to shrug our shoulders and say, "that"s just the way it is". It feels like the baggage fees on the airlines.
Pros: Clean rooms with feel of knowing they are clean
Cons: Ac went out. Super hot. Small beds
Pros: Fancy, various locations to eat and enjoy yourself with partner and great America in a 13 min drive distance just a great stay after all and great valet service
Cons: Beware of an extra 100$ charge at check in just in case you break anything in the hotel but will be refunded after check out and line is to long with no one trying to help them out to make the line go faster
Pros: A property in the Fairmont family. Being in historical downtown next to sites of value. Relying on amenities of a high end hotel which did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful in all encounters.
Cons: Extra fees for wifi these days seems unnecessary. Having to use hotel cards to go between tower and main facility (although security is appropriate).
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable and did not have enough covers
shower was outdated and shower head was cheap
No coffee station in room
Cons: Staff at the door
Pros: Can't really think of anything.
Cons: 1. Room was dated.
2. Room with a view had no view.
3. Parking was expensive.
4. Hotel had no charm or allure (other than the advertised picture).
Pros: Walking distance to downtown San jose & Staff was great
Pros: I liked that it was downtown close to bars, clubs and restaurants.
Pros: Great hotel, room and staff! Got free upgrade upon arrival and an extra 1/2 hour checkout time so we could go to the next door art museum without a hassle.
Pros: Wonderful environment, great Beds close to San Jose Convention Center. Very Friendly Staff, impecible Service.

The Fairmont San Jose combines technological innovation with timeless elegance. A short drive will take you to 30 wineries and the famous Monterey Peninsula golf courses. In the heart of northern California's largest city The Fairmont San Jose blends historic grandeur with all the high-tech excitement of Silicon Valley.
Pros: The breakfast was bomb af and they gave us a late checkout which was so clutch. The Sheraton is where its at!
Cons: I didnt like how hard it was raining but theres nothing the hotel can do about that.
Pros: I was very please with the easy check in and check out process. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable. The pool area was very clean and my family enjoyed night swimming as the pool was heated. It's near shopping and eating and the parking was easy.
Cons: The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was the airconditioner. It's so close to one of the beds that the air is blowing on you the entire night.
Pros: Our bed was comfortable and room was clean
Cons: Requested early check in and rooms close together for our group. We were late for our function due to late check in because of hotel and weren't even given rooms on the same floor as our friends. Staff said they were giving us an upgrade for our inconvenience and didn't. We were very disappointed in their failure to accommodate our only two request!! For that reason, we will not stay at the Sheraton again!
Pros: They actually have great cable, very friendly staff, just overall a great experience!
Cons: There was a large party going on in the banquet rooms, which you heard throughout the hotel. The worse part was when it was wrapping up. not sure what was being moved...i.e.: large furniture or equipment... But after 11 pm, it is inexcusable. I would definitely not use this hotel on Friday or Saturday night due to the noise levels.
Pros: great service and excellent hotel
Pros: We had an early morning flight from SJC so needed a place to stay nearby. The hotel was comfortable and had a nice shuttle.
Cons: The hotel is off the beaten path and there isn't much nearby. We ended up needing to eat at the hotel bar (which turned out to be acceptable).
Pros: I love the rooms. They are clean and well maintained. I feel comfortable in every room I've stayed in. The service is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming back to this Four Points time and time again.
Cons: It is in the ghetto. Don't plan on leaving the hotel at night.
Pros: Hotel was clean. There is a good restaurant and a bar inside the hotel.
Cons: There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. a lot of empty space in the room which needed some furniture, perhaps an extra chair, or a small table. e
Cons: The fire alarm went off at 2:00 a.m. This wouldn't have been a problem in and of itself; however, there were NO STAFF MEMBERS around to direct guests or inform guests on when it was clear to enter. The only person around to answer questions was a security guard with an unbuttoned shirt. The next day, I expected some type of acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience. Nothing. When I checked out a few days later, the front desk attendant laughed about it. The staff here is probably the most apathetic group I've ever seen at a hotel.
The bed was LUMPY. No matter which way I positioned myself, there was a lump in the mattress.
The shower drain was slow to clear.
Overall, I wish I had stayed at a different hotel.

Pros: Within walking distance of a lot of things in downtown and close to public transportation. Nothing memorable or special that you normally get with Starwood Hotels.
Cons: Mediocre almost all the way around
Pros: Great location and reasonable price for Downtown.
Cons: Parking cost weren't mentioned prior to booking and was an annoying surprise of $29/day.
Pros: The employees were very nice
Cons: I didn't like that door to the room let air in and it made this annoying noise.
Pros: The location of the hotel was awesome. Right in the center of the downtown area. The staff, especially Tim S. was amazing, friendly, checked me in early, gave me star treatment, the room had a great view, was clean, nice amenities.
Cons: Was a bit old. The hallway carpet was old and dirty as was the room carpet. I didn't park there b/c the lot was more expensive than down the street.
Pros: The restaurant happy hour was great. Super Asian food and specostly drinks at a bargain. Rooms and common areas were tasteful and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable.
Pros: I would love to come back.
Pros: The staff was great. Good location. Windows opened a bit.
Pros: The staff at the front desk, valet parking and the restaurant were extremely friendly and very professional.
Cons: The menu at the restaurant seemed expensive, especially for breakfast.
Pros: Cute and comfortable hotel, with super friendly and helpful staff. Recommend Mosaic restaurant for happy hour. Perfect downtown location.
Cons: Could use new carpet and paint in common areas to freshen things up.
Pros: Comfortable room, nice bathroom
Cons: Expensive parking
Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable bed. Great location near Original Joe's downtown.

Pros: In town for Dave Koz concert at Villa Montalvo. Great service all the way around. Made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: Only thing missing: not enough towels and pillows could have been more comfortable.
Pros: We had an unexpected overnight stay in the area and saw the positive hotel reviews online. Modern updated lobby, clean. No frills room. Near freeway but feels secure. Across parking lot from a couple of chain restaurants. In the morning, staff gave recommendation for super breakfast location down the road. Very pleased overall.
Pros: Employees were very friendly and helpful. The location was great! Nice hotel for the price and location.
Cons: The chair in the room was a little dirty.
Pros: Proximity to buisiness event; quiet
Cons: Resturant not open
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located for car access to Santana Row and the Valley Fair Shopping Mall and has onsite parking facilities. The room was nice and comfortable but nothing fancy. We stayed there as we wanted to be close to the shopping areas.
Pros: Staff was fantastic and the hotel was very nice
Cons: The beds were uncomfortable..hard pellows and not a comfortable matress. The tv and dvd player were both borken..repoted to staff and they were unable to do anything. Also the almost 200 dollar hold on my card was not expected.
Pros: Location was perfect for us and the place is warm and attractive with a very professional and helpful staff.
Pros: Very well situated place in the center of Silicon Valley. At least, the "Club Level" is of very high quality considering the price of the room.
Cons: At the hotel itself, the dining service is not top-grade but sufficient. Anyway, the place is rounded by lot of restaurants.
Pros: Although we arrived late in the evening (about 10:30), we were greeted by the upbeat and friendly front desk staff, who quickly took care of checking us in. Not long after we got into our room, we received a call to check that all was well. We requested extra towels and they arrived in less than 10 minutes. The beds, pillows and bedding were 1st class and very comfortable. Our room was quiet and nicely appointed.
Pros: Nice rooms and very friendly staff
Cons: there were a lot of noise during the night (of other guests)

Pros: This hotel served the purpose for me - it was close to where I needed to be, and it was in my price range. Overall, it was a fairly pleasurable stay. The room was clean and roomy. Although, I didn't understand when I booked it, it was a handicap-accessible room - which things were laid out a little differently than I expected.
Other than that, the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good - and even served until 10am, which allowed us to sleep in a bit.
Cons: I didn't have any substantial negatives - only some things I would have preferred or expected to be different. For instance, there was only 1 table in the breakfast room itself. You had to take your food and sit at one of the tables or island in the lobby... just seemed odd. And one other minor thing, I would have wanted the TV to be a little bigger in size than just a 27".
Pros: It was quiet and the front desk was friendly. We live a few cities away and didn't want to drink and drive after a party. It served it's purpose.
Cons: I was a bit grossed out by the cleanliness of the bathroom. Most if not all hotels I've been in have the toilet paper folded (arrow) and this one didn't it. To me the folded t.p. is a clue that the restroom was fresh and clean. It made me second guess if someone had used the restroom prior to checking in or if it was cleaned.
The following morning I took a shower and noticed that a used bar soap was still in the corner of the shower. I didn't touch it because I don't know who used it or how long it had been sitting there. As I was getting out of the shower I noticed medium sized long black hair on the wall of the shower. Again, I assume from previous guest.
It second guessed my opinion of the cleaniless of the hotel and how thorough they are cleaned. I felt as if the towels were changed and that was about it.

Pros: The newly renovated rooms and baths are simple and elegant. The Hedley Club lounge serves good food & cocktails. Conveniently located in downtown San Jose, short walk to Convention center.
Cons: The room lacked many standard amenities:
1) password protected, high speed Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi was free, slow and unsecured)
2) in room safe large enough to fit a laptop
3) stocked mini-bar (empty mini-fridge provided but there were no vending machines or in hotel shop to buy snacks & drinks)
4) in room guide/magazine with local/city info
Pros: room service was delicious and fast. Stay was very comfortable. Beautiful large bathroom. Great location.
Pros: We loved the late night pantry
Pros: The bathrooms were well furnished... Better than the actual rooms. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: True price I paid was not worth the room. It was a very crampt room with ancient furniture. The rooms were a boring shade of beige and our window view was another building being constructed. It's layout seemed more that of a comfort inn with a price tag of 90 dollars a night rather than 150. It's not worth the price, if you have a car go to a comfort inn and save some money cause got the same experience.

Pros: Close to airport and Stanford. Standard hotel with no upgrades. We bought this for price point of 125 and i would stay there again if looking for a place to sleep.
Cons: Occasional outbound flights through night. I didn't hear them, and usually don't, but my wife woke up.
There was a spider in the shower and another near the desk. Outside that, the carpet, linen, and furniture was new and clean.
Pros: Newly remodeled w super friendly staff
Cons: Our room had bits of food on the floor and someone else's sock- hadn't been vacuumed or cared for. The door had clearly been forced open previously and didn't fully close. Pool was inheated and unusable in April.
Pros: The beds were confortable and the rooms clean. They changed me to 3 different rooms in 5 days because of several issues so I get the chance to try several beds. The staff was friendly.
Cons: The outside of the building looks more like a motel and the carpets looks old. In my first room, the AC was broken and it was 80F. They moved me to another room the next day just under the construction. The renovation was going from 8:30am until 6pm weekend included. Add the noise of the airplanes taking off, this hotel was the noisiest place I ever stayed. The hotel is directly under one of the runaway of San Jose airport and not next to it so the noise is higher than any airport hotel I stayed in the past. The food was terrible. I ate outside after my first breakfast there. There is no restaurant on-site or nearby. Their parking shares the parking of a fastfood but I don't call this a restaurant to eat. The neigborough was really not nice (industrial looking). I would never come back here.
Pros: I've always thought La Quinta's were great motor hotels, but I was not expecting to find such a beautiful modern style design, like other boutique hotels. The room was clean, the hotel staff were great. Access to WiFi was easy. And It took me less than ten minutes to get to the airport.
Cons: There are not a lot of dining choices near by, but it gave me an excuse to explore the city. I found some great restaurants about ten minutes away.
Pros: clean quiet room
Cons: bed too soft, and too high off ground

Cons: (1) The materials for bathroom and bathtub look very cheap...like Motel 6
(2) Soap scum were very where inside the bathroom, around the walls, in between the tiles, on the floor...yuck..yuck...yuck.
(3) Dust was very where inside the bathroom, on top of base board, surrounding water faucet...
(4) Faucet inside the bathtub was rusty and dirty. This should be easily to take care of with $10 spray paint for home depot.
(5) Rest room located on the first floor was not clean or not being cleaned regularly. Trash was overflown and just can't believe this happened at the Hyatt hotel.
I would never come back here again.
Cons: Small room, no pool or spa
