Guests frequently praised the hotel's location, with many appreciating its proximity to the sea, public transport, and local attractions. Some reviewers found the staff helpful and friendly, and a few mentioned clean rooms and comfortable beds. However, many guests were disappointed by the overall cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. Several reviews noted a lack of amenities, poor maintenance, and issues with service, such as unresponsive staff and infrequent housekeeping. Value for money was mixed, with some guests feeling the hotel was not worth the price. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions were positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and facilities.
