Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff as well as its convenient location near major attractions and transport. However, cleanliness is a major concern for many, with multiple reviews citing dirty rooms, inadequate housekeeping, and maintenance issues that do not meet expectations for a high-end hotel. While amenities and room size are generally appreciated, the lack of cleanliness and occasional service lapses detract from the overall experience.
