Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas. WiFi availability was limited to common areas, with no access in guest rooms, which was a frequent complaint. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and others experiencing slow or unfriendly service. Room sizes were often described as small or cramped, though a few guests found their rooms spacious. Overall, while the location is a major strength, improvements are needed in cleanliness, WiFi, and room comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews
