Pros (+) The staff was really kind and accommodating.
Cons (-) The room was quite dirty. We weren’t expecting fancy but it was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned well in a very long time. It was hard to relax and we didn’t want to touch much of anything. Grateful for a bed but more grateful to leave.

Pros (+) Clean and comfortable beds.
Cons (-) No small fridge and no microwave. We brought frozen pizza we baked at home and froze for our trip expecting a microwave. We ended up having to leave pizza in our car overnight so we could eat for breakfast instead for night snack. Very unhappy. Also the person at front desk was very abrupt Nd three the key cards on the counter at us. Fire Her.

Pros (+) Many hotels/motels would not allow dogs or charge extra for a dog's stay. Not so at the Red Roof Inn. We visited a friend for the weekend and RRI provided an affordable place for us to stay with our pup. Staff were genuinely friendly and even had a treat for our four-legged family member. Can't wait to return the next time we're back in Syracust!
