I thought the staff was great. Also, the car was good. I’ve rented a lot of cars lately, and they are usually dirty, not well maintained, I even had to buy a windshield wiper for one of them on my way to a trip. I had no issues with this vehicle, it was clean and in great shape.Reviewed 16 Jun 2026

Cigarette smoke odor in car. I tried calling car rental & no one answered phone. Then called a different location to exchange car & could not. Too much of a hassle to drive back to JWA & exchange car. Purchased essential oil to somehow mask odor.Reviewed 11 Jun 2026

The vehicle I booked was not actually available. I called the day before when I received an emailed showing a 7 passenger instead of a 12 passenger van. After speaking with 2 different people, 2 different phone calls and over an hour - mostly on hold. They promised me it would be resolved and it was NOT!Reviewed 6 Jun 2026
