The people who represent this company at this airport are super unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. My rental was scheduled for 7AM and nobody showed up until 9AM, I called several times and nobody answered after about an hour of waiting somebody finally called me back and said there was no more cars available and to leave and that they will not cancel my reservation! Horrible experience and would be ashamed if these where the people working for my company, I would highly suggest thrifty do an investigation at this locationReviewed 5 Aug 2026

Kept getting a signal that two tires were low. Had to add air three times. It was either a sensor issue or a very small hole in those tires.Reviewed 3 Aug 2026

We didn’t get the vehicle we reserved and there was an extra charge applied even though the gas was brought back the way it started.Reviewed 28 Jul 2026

First off the vehicle wasn’t a full size suv which I reserved and was told it would be a ford explore. It’s ok if a ford explore wasn’t available, but I didn’t receive a full size suv instead i received a Toyota Vios which is a subcompact sedan and it had preexisting damage all around the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle the staff member was trying to accuse me of the damage not knowing I took 360 degree video recording with the other staff member when I was given the vehicle after the payment was made not expecting a subcompact sedan. After I showed her the video she then said ok your good. But here’s the problem I paid the price for a full size SUZ not a subcompact sedan. So how will I be compensated for the difference?Reviewed 26 Jul 2026

The category under the reservation was for a premium 7 seater Dodge Durango or equivalent, which comfortably seats 7 adults for long rides. At the store they informed me the category was a Mitsubishi Xpander, that barely fits 2 kids in the back row. After much insisting I signed the contract and walked to the parking lot only to find the Xpander as a basic car with not nearly enough inside space for my group. I proceed to cancel the rental since the product was different from what was sold.Reviewed 25 Jul 2026

There is a huge disconnect between what Kayak sells/offers versus what is truly provided by the rental car companies. The class of vehicles between third party providers and rental companies needs to be reviewed and validated. Using Kayak I requested the more expensive 12-passenger van class but was provided the smaller/cheaper minivan from Thrifty Rental Car. Each party blaming each other for the mistake while the customer suffers. Will definitely never recommend either. I deserve a refund.Reviewed 25 Jul 2026
