Pros: All considering, we researched hotels in Tokyo extensively. The Tobu Levant answered all our requirements for our short stay.
Cons: Rooms were smaller than expected, but this is well known fact in Japan. We chose and paid extra for the Skytree view. It was a beautiful view, but the hotel is close to the Skytree, you can see it easily from the street also. Perhaps this room is not really necessary not being in the room for long periods of time and when you are, you will be sleeping with the curtains drawn. Better to take pot luck.

Pros: The hotel is located in the Lotte City building, which includes a bookstore, cafe, convenience store, and is even connected directly to the subway station. My room wasn't on the side with the nice Skytree view, which looks great from the elevator area, but my room still had a lovely view of the lively shopping district below. My room was clean, and everything worked great. Everything I needed was really accessible, and I felt very comfortable walking from the subway to my room at night. It's a very short distance, and there are plenty of people around enjoying the evening life.
Cons: Most everything was pretty great, though one of the guest booklets seemed a bit old and needed replacing perhaps.

Pros: Did not have breakfast there. The room was bigger than normal for Japan. Bed was comfortable and the scenery was great. Good location for the trains and restaurants.
Cons: Water pressure was bad and temperature would fluctuate. Rooms need a facelift.

Pros: Located close to a underground station that has a direct service to Haneda. The room was a good size for Tokyo and especially the price. Overall liked it a lot and would come back again due to the good price.
Cons: The Pillows and the decor was a bit aged.
