Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, well serviced room, central location
The area of the city Carpets were threadbare and dangerous on the stairs.no hot water
Good City Centre location, but hard to find by car due to complex one way system. Good Buffet Breakfast Lack of car parking
Good central location, nice hotel and very helpful and pleasant staff made it a great choice
Our experience of the hotel was extremely poor & we were totally disappointed. There was not a single positive about this establishment. The room was tiny, sparcely furnished and very very tired. Some examples of the standard, clearly not 3 star rated: staff were indifferent, casual in their dress & attitude. When we asked to speak to a supervisor or manager - unavailable! No soap in bathroom. Complimentary apple was sour & inedible. Bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Very poor standard & value for money.
Very close to the centre. Located on pleasant Square, with parking and a very enthusiastic parking attendant so do pay and display. . Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The town is a joy, one of the nicest in Belgium Room was pleasant but a bit crowded
great location, convenient parking, comfortable room, good breakfast We had a problem with our electronic room key, which would not work in the door. We had to return to front desk 3 times before they changed key cards and it finally worked. we found the front desk staff to be slow, and not very helpful in responding to the problem. Instead of sending a staff member to help us, she just kept re-swiping the card and insisting that it should work. this wasn't helpful.
good location central to the city of Tournai ideal for a business or sightseeing trip, room comfortable with attentive staff, good continental breakfast Car parking is available at the right time (likely to be full after 4pm) and for a charge (free on Sundays and between 17.00 to 09.00). If need quiet nights get a rear facing room front rooms can be noisy between 22.00 to 03.00. Hotel does not do evening meals, plenty of cafes within walking distance
Although the hotel has no parking facilities and finding a space nearby can be a problem it is a hotel in the centre of town. This makes it a brilliant venue for exploring the town and eating out in the evening. Local restaurants were good and varied. The lack of parking could be a problem but if you want a hotel in the town centre you will need to realise that you can't have everything.
Very comfortable beds, plenty of soft towels, ease of access to town and polite, helpful staff. Good opening hours. The coffee and general breakfast service; don't clear away while guests are still helping themselves to food!
