VERY friendly staff, lovely room, we especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub :) We also liked the Starbucks near the check in and the lovely seating by the front door. Valet parking attendants were extremely courteous.

Excellent location right next to Burrard Station of the Skytrain, with everything in downtown Vancouver within a short walking distance. Rooms are nice and spacious with view. Staff if competent and friendly.

Mattresses are very, very soft and pillows gigantic and not very soft at all. Not quite the standard of other major hotels in this category.

The front desk staff was great and upgraded our room to a king bed with a balcony because it was our anniversary! They also had a complimentary tray of chocolate covered strawberries sent up for us :)
