Pros: Great, luxurious hotel with young/hip vibe. Perfect location for sunset cocktails with live music
Cons: Common area bathrooms tend to get disgusting by 11p
When you stay at Lydmar Hotel, you'll be in a great location, within just a 10-minute walk of National Museum and Royal Swedish Opera. For a bite to eat, guests can check out The Dining Room, which serves international cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 2 bars/lounges and a terrace are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like bathrobes and slippers.
Located in Central Stockholm, this luxury hotel is within a 10-minute walk of National Museum, Royal Swedish Opera, and Museum of Medieval Stockholm. Stockholm Palace and Stockholm City Hall are also within 1 mi (2 km).
Pros: The location is great. The breakfast is great. The stuff is very helpful. Overall good value for the money.
Cons: The mattress to soft for me to sleep. Standard room is poorly equipped
Pros: The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was very handy for sights. We would definitely stay there again.
Cons: Room didn't have the best view, but we didn't care that much.
Pros: The hotel was so easy to get to from the airport. The Arlanda Express train practically arrives at the front door. Easy walk to ld town, shopping, sightseeing cruises and trains/buses/tram. The breakfast was delicious and a steal for the price. We also had the Christmas buffet dinner which was great as well. The room was very clean, new, and overlooking the water, town hall, and old town. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was vey accomodating with a late check out so our baby could nap and a comfy rollaway for our older child. I woulx definitely stay here anytime I go to Stockholm.
Cons: I have no complaints!
Pros: Very nice room, very nice breakfast, fast elevators
Great location: directly across from train station (for easy access to airport train) and, even better, it is diagonally across the street from the shuttle bus to the airport (which is much cheaper than the train).
Cons: We saw 3 Radisson Blu's in Stockholm, at least 2 of which are on the waterfront. One is just around the corner from this one. So make sure you go to the right one.
Conference-goers are conveniently located next door to the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre and steps from Stockholm Central Station. When it's time to unwind, guests can walk 15 minutes to the Royal Swedish Opera, or stroll 20 minutes to the Royal Palace.
When you stay at Hotel Skeppsholmen, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of National Museum and Museum of Medieval Stockholm. Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout or grab a bite to eat at Langa Raden, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge and an outdoor tennis court are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer 24-hour room service and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: This is the most charming hotel I've ever stayed in. Great location, charming and unique decoration, and the staff went far above and beyond expectation.
Pros: Every night in the suite, they laid out a tray with some nice port wine and chocolate. Comfortable hours for the delicious breakfast in their historic cellar. Terrific bed. The place is convenient to the tunnelbana (metro). The lobby and staircase feels like some sort of maritime museum or collection, very cool. We loved this place.
Cons: Hmmm... i cannot think of anything negative.
Located in Stockholm's picturesque Old Town, Victory Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Stortorget Square and the museums of the Royal Palace. Guests are 3 blocks from a metro station with fast connections to Stockholm C Train Station and the Arlanda Airport Express.
Pros: The location is excellent. It is within walking distance to major happening areas of town.
Cons: Depending on your preference, our group consensus is the bed could be firmer.
Set right by the lush Humlegården Park, Elite Eden Park Hotel offers a peaceful base in Stockholm's vibrant city center. A 5-minute stroll leads to the restaurants and shops of Stureplan Square, and the Vasa Museum is a 20-minute walk from the door.
Pros: The hotel was lovely. The room was huge and the bathroom had a rain shower and huge jetted tub.
Cannot wait to go back!
Pros: Beautiful, quaint hotel. Lovely staff and nice cocktail lounge. The room is small but has everything you need including decent minibar. It is easy to walk to Gamla Stan, Skansen or the Vasa. I would definitely stay again
Cons: A little hard to get luggage upstairs. Breakfast gets crowded but the quality is excellent.
Pros: High ceil, beautifully decorated room: fabulous bath and shower, hardwood floors, large and airy. Luxurious Duxiana bedding and linens. Hotel breakfast was terrific with many options. Located on a major street in Stockholm, the Diplomat is a short walk from everything. I will definitely stay here again. I don't know what room another traveler got that was tiny -- but my room was huge.
Pros: beds, elevator, bathroom,quiet
Cons: loved everything
Pros: excellent location. - right on the harbor and walking distance from the Vasa museum, the ferries and Gamla Stan (Old town) plus marvelous shopping nearby. it was very hot (no AC)and they set up a fan in the room which was a big help. Staff very helpful with maps, directions and taxis etc. everyone spoke perfect English.
its an elegant hotel and very comofortable.
Cons: breakfast was totally over priced but perhaps its the "going rate" in Stockholm. we used a 7- 11 down the road for coffee and tea etc
Early 20th century waterfront hotel situated in the center of Stockholm. Near the Royal Theatre Dramaten, the Old Town, and Royal Palace.
Pros: I liked every aspect of this beautiful hotel.
Pros: Great location. It's very close to the train station and subway system. It's a 10 walk to old town and the palace.
Cons: The rooms are very small compared to US standards. The Hotel has no air conditioning so if it gets hot like it did when we went the rooms are very uncomfortable during the day.
Pros: The location was great. The staff was friendly & the breakfast was quite complete.
Cons: The room was quite small .
Pros: good location
Cons: very expensive

Pros: The breakfast was good, staff wonderful, bar and food fantastic and for someone visiting for the first time they Swedish fare they presented was legitimate and very very good
Cons: No indoor pool
Or jacuzzi, but no one can have everything!
Pros: Great location very good breakfast right next to train station very helpful staff
Cons: Loud outside so if sensitive to that noise from train and cars either get inside view of courtyard or keep windows closed
Pros: Clean and nice staff.
Cons: The majority of my issues were with the cleaning staff at the hotel. Several times we had to ask for them to bring us soap as they did not replenish the toiletry items we had used each day. Also, we had to call them to clean our toilet bowl after they had done the room already because it was clearly not cleaned as part of their regular cleaning. Pretty gross. Robes were not replaced when the worn ones were taken to be cleaned. Extra towels were brought to the room upon request but then cleaning staff did not replace used towels with same number of towels, so we had to keep calling for more. Really bizarre.
In terms of the free wi-fi in the lobby, it was extremely slow when many people were down in the lobby using it. Lastly, I know there was a heat wave happening when we were there but the room would just not get cool enough, very hard to sleep dripping in sweat. Also - a bar that closes at 12:30 or 1? really odd.
The concierge. Ok, first day he sent us to a restaurant that was closed. Then we told him we were headed for the Icebar one night and he did not mention at all that we needed a reservation. Very poor.

Pros: Excellent location, right next to central train station and Arlanda Express (airport train) as well as short walk to Drottninggatan shopping street and 10min walk to old town. Very good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Room faced into an alley with no view. Small issue with free toiletries where housekeeping replaced a bath lotion with shampoo so from the second night on, we ended up with 2 shampoo tubes.
Pros: So close to the train station and the center of the city. Perfect walk to the theater we were going to.
Cons: Not a lot for small children, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: the Swedish meat balls i ate in the lobby bar area did not taste good.
Pros: Great breakfast and great staff.
Cons: Room was not comfortable for two people. There is a lack of storage. We enjoyed the hotel but we would not want to stay at this hotel for several days.
Cons: Slippery floor
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and accomidating. The superior room was just that. Modern, clean and our room location was very quite and that is rare in a bustling city location. Honestly I didn't have one single complaint and that's rare for me. Couldn't ask for a better location if you're taking the train from the airport.
Pros: The pool ambiance was amazing! Loved the sauna and hot tub. Great location. Right next to the train to Arlanda, which was really convenient as a traveler!
Cons: I had a hard time checking in with one of the staff members because my credit card was not working even though I explained to her that I was not going to be buying anything on the bill. Finally she understood.
Pros: Location and hospitality
Pros: Very practical location and super comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet.
Cons: The exterior and it's surrounding are a bit scruffy but nothing bad, could use some touches to brighten up/update it's appearance. The business rooms are rather tight, we could not open both our suitcases at the same time so we had to take turn. The hotel doesn't have a dedicated concierge so we had to trouble the receptionists who were very busy. Some receptionists are knowledgable some are not able to help much.
Pros: This place turned out to be perfect for my needs. I only had 24hrs in Stockholm, didn't want to waste time on additional travel to and from hotel. Easy access to airport from here. The staff at hotel was great, very friendly and accommodating. They even helped me plan my itinerary for the day! I was able to check in early, which was very helpful after an overnight flight. Room was clean and very nice. Not very large, but for being alone it was completely fine. Would highly recommend staying here!!
Pros: I needed to get medical help when I arrived at the Radisson. Nayra at the front desk arranged for me to go to a nearby clinic and made several phone calls to expedite the process. She was so outstanding
in her service! Hold on to her. She is the BEST.
Thank you so much!
Cons: No windows that open up to the outside air
The windows open to the inside of the airport

Cons: Restaurant menu is limited.
Pros: Great hotel in great location. Really liked the morning breakfast offering. We used it as our home base for three day visit to Stockholm and could not have been happier.
Pros: Internet (as long as you are given an access code)
Staff was wonderful.
Cleaning staff was great!
Cons: Internet without an access code is only 5 mbits.
Too far from town.
Morning breakfast staff on Friday only (out of 7 days) seemed to have no manager. They were loud and wanted us to sit in a specific location so they would only have to clean one place in the dining room. That is unacceptable for a luxury hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff
Close to metro
Cons: Beds are not the most comfortable
Pros: They were doing construction on the lower floors, so they upgraded us for free to a junior suite because my dad is older and likes to rest during the day and couldn't with all the noise. Receptive employees. Breakfast was good. Room was very nice.
Cons: Breakfast was supposed to be included, although every morning, the person who lets you into breakfast would tell us we had to pay extra. I would say every morning that no we already cleared this up, breakfast was included and they would look again and say "oh yes, you're right". then we we checked out they told us we had incurred fees for having breakfast every morning and we had to again show them that breakfast was included. We stayed for 4 nights. Also, the location is goo but not great. about a 10 minute drive from everything we wanted to do.
Pros: The room was extremely clean, with great storage space. The staff were incredible and always offered help and advice, going above and beyond required in order to help us. The breakfast served was great too.
Pros: Gym was great as was the times it was open
Breakfast was good, efficient.
Staff was very efficient and lobby was very nice
Cons: Only one negative for the hotel is the location from the train station. i walked and it about 10 -15 minute walk; this is the only negative. Neighborhood is nice but not very touristy

Cons: They stock me in a room that was a size of a small bed walls of the bed, the phone was not working, the coffee machine was not working and they did not have a business center or office nor a printer and the attitude of the staff was like Nah!. Overall, one of my worst hotel experiences.
Cons: Be very careful when booking. Some rooms have to window and are so small as to be unusable. Perhaps other rooms are fine, but the windowless ones are truly unacceptable.
Pros: Location! Right off the Arlanda express.
Cons: Price is a little high.
Pros: The very friendly and helpful staff in reception and restaurants
Cons: No problems to report

Pros: The location of this hotel is great. The room we had was very unique and had a chandelier in it. It is right in the middle of all the nightlife.
Cons: They seemed to be understaffed upon check-in as the receptionist had to bring up our bedding. The bathroom was small.
