Cons: No complaints.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Second time at the staybrridge Liverpool. After our first experience we were looking forward to our return and were not disappointed ! The hotel not only is a great value for money but what makes it stand out is the welcoming staff who are always willing to help with a smile , the cleanliness and comfort of our room and the hotel in general, the good breakfast and the location which is perfect for enjoying the Albert dock area while still being close enough to reach the downtown shopping area and nightlife in a pleasant stroll. Would highly recommend it!!
Cons: Nothing to complain about, my only advice is to prefer Uber over a proper taxi while in Liverpool as we were hugely overcharged in two separate occasions by taxis . Our Uber drivers were all friendly, polite and knowledgeable as for the sites we were interested in such as John Lennon’s home, strawberry field and Anfield stadium
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Picturesque location by the docks. The room was clean, spacious, and had its own dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Bed was comfortable. The room was spotless. Added bonus of laundry facilities on site. You can even purchase laundry pods from reception.
Cons: Nothing. It was far more than I expected.

Pros: The staff were very friendly. The Beatles theme was well presented. The additional perks of the hotel sounded good, though I didn't get a chance to use them, as I was only staying for a night.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fantastic, with a bathroom to die for.
Cons: I could not get in to the restaurant because they were full.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: One of the bests hotels ive stayed in, very luxurious, high class.
Cons: Having to pay extra £10 an hour for the spa facility.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: over all the experience was top notch
Cons: Didn't like the wait at breakfast, my wife and others waited nearly 15 minuets for bacon at the hot plate and I ordered a plain omelette and waited nearly 15 minuets, that put a dampener on the departing, at the time it really wasn't busy.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It is an amazing and unique hotel, rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Food is good and it has good parking! I have stayed here 4 or 5 times now whilst on business.
Cons: Nothing really but you should be aware that it is not in the centre of Liverpool and out on it’s own.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room we had Superior Dockside, was unbelievable!!! Absolute luxury. Friendly helpful staff too.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that you have to pay £20 pp to use the leisure and spa facilities. A little disappointing on an otherwise perfect hotel experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!!!!
Cons: I couldn’t stay longer
6.5 Good
Pros: The feel of the hotel was really good.
Cons: The restaurant really lets the side down. Unclean glasses and cutlery and the food isn’t to the standard it should be
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Cool rennovated warehouse with appropriate light industrial finishings. Nice blend of retro with very modern upgrades. Less than two miles to Anfield ( we walked back from match - all downhill).
Cons: Service (front desk, bar, and concierge) did not match otherwise outstanding facility. Distance from downtown perhaps made ready cab or Uber service a little longer than normal. Staff appeared newly hired and perhaps less experiences in how things were supposed to work. Tried hard but had to seek directions from others. Given time on the job, expect service will improve. Would give another try.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel. Clean and well presented
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful decor was spot on

They got out of bed to let us into our room at that ridiculous time, even though they weren't a 24-hour operation. We can't thank them enough for all they did for us under very unusual circumstances! 7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, and excellent location for exploring Liverpool. Room service food was good, with a relatively good number of choices. WIFI connection was great.
Cons: The room I was assigned was split into a bedroom and lounge, but looked as though it had been just 1 room at some point, which meant the separated rooms were both on the small side. And I did not like that the TV was in the bedroom rather than the lounge, but that could just be personal preference.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hotel, atmospheric and romantic. Lovely spacious comfortable room and very nice food and wine in the restaurant.
Cons: Nothing to not like here.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well located for where we wanted to be. Lovely building and grounds, the dining room is now in a much better place (we stayed here last year) which means the beautiful panelled oak and decorative ceiling was shown to its full potential. Our bedroom was lovely although for an 81yr old getting up numerous flights of stairs with luggage could be a problem. Have to say thankfully my husband is a fit 81yr old. We had dinner in the Hotel which although not cheap was excellent as was the wine and service.
Cons: we should have requested a room more accessible, (stayed in exactly the same room last year) but we managed, to be fair the receptionist did ask us if it was OK. We did not like the music in the dining which was jazz maybe as background music may have been acceptable to some. In the morning it was worse and my husband asked for the volume to be turned down, there were only 3 couples in the room. I appreciate it’s a nightmare catering for all tastes and ages in music though. Just as an after thought the towel rail in our room 21 did not work but the one in the room did so we were able to dry the towels on that one.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: I love the room space, comfortable kitchen and their gym. It is a recomanded aparthotel to stay in especially the fact that they do have 24 hour reception. This place is very close to shopping center, restaurant, and trainstation. As a traveller with family with luggage it is worth it. They also have storage room for our lugggage if we want to put it there before check in and after check out.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Room was ready when I arrived early, but was told I could only access it if I paid a £20 early checkin fee. Seems a little harsh!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: great location. comfortable, big room and great service. location was perfect close to bars such as the cavern pub etc
Cons: having liverpool football club related images in the hotel. for example in the lift it had an image of jurgen klopp with the word "boom". not being from liverpool and having no affiliation to that football club...this was disappointing to see as not everyone who stays in the hotel is a liverpool fan and may despise such images!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was really good. Location great very easy to get to many places, the hotel was nice. Liverpool one shopping areea very close by and a lovely walk along the water only a few minutes away.
Cons: Though a great location, area the hotel is in is a bit noisy. Very sadly there seem to be a lot of homeless people around. Felt the hotel could do with a bit of refurbishing bathroom was a bit worn though very clean.

Pros: Having stayed there before we know that the location, size of apartment, comfort, etc, etc tick all the boxes for us. It also feels secure and we love that the whole building is smoking free. Here’s to our next stay with you.
Cons: The hot water was very hit and miss this time, but we have never had that in any of your other apartments. The hot water ran cold before the end of every shower that either of us had.

Pros: The management bent over backwards to accommodate our early (3:00) a.m. arrival after a ferry trip from the Isle of Man. They got out of bed to let us into our room at that ridiculous time, even though they weren't a 24-hour operation. We can't thank them enough for all they did for us under very unusual circumstances! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast provided was amazing. Thank you!!!
Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike!
