I didn’t even get to rent a car. They told me after I booked and paid in full that I had “do not rent” on my license from a mistake that happened years ago. Took 600 dollars straight out of my pocket

Pros:

Staff was courteous and direct about additional charges and rental rules. Check-in/drop-off were both quick and easy exchanges.

Cons:

Price is always a factor and while I do feel we got a lot for our dollar, and appreciate the unexpected (free) car upgrade we got, I think the company overall can continue to make rentals more affordable - especially for within-state travel.
