I love that my reserved vehicle wasn't given away! I needed a 15 passenger van for a wedding and it was there! I also loved the pre-register email because it allowed me to give all of my information and credit card before arriving. All I had to do was present my driver's license and I was all set! Extremely easy process! In and out!Reviewed 24 Aug 2026

The office was severely understaffed for the late night pickup. I, and 20 other customers waited over 2 hours in line to get the reserved car.Reviewed 6 Aug 2026

I experienced a 45 minute wait in line to speak with an agent and another 25 minute wait until the car was cleaned and delivered for pickup.Reviewed 28 Jun 2026

The car I reserved was double-booked. The agent was very nice and was able to find another vehicle and didn't charge to refill the gas tank.Reviewed 28 May 2026

The car itself was fine, when we got in to get our car it was 1am. The customer service took an hour to just get our car with only 3 people in line. There were 3 to 4 employees and only one was at a desk taking people. It was super frustrating as no one seemed eager to move things along. It of course didn’t help that I had two crying/tired children waiting in the lobby the whole time.Reviewed 22 May 2026

I had to wait one hour and fifteen minutes for the car I’d “reserved.” The waiting room was packed with people waiting and only had two chairs, The people working there did the best they could.Reviewed 20 Jan 2026
