Pros:the staff I dealt with was ok, the policy and the manager are terribleCons:I booked medium size, the manager called and offered a Dacia, which was out of the question, ad on Kayak says opel astra or similar. They offered a 20 euro full insurance over the phone, when I got there it was for 35 euro. You can pick up in town, their office is in a school, weird. Worst of all they charged me an extra 17 euro for me dropping off the car Sunday as "surcharge for dropping out of regular office hours".Reviewed 10 Jan 2021

Cons:I paid for insurance through Allianz, but when we arrived to pick up the car, they insisted we buy their insurance or leave an extortionate deposit. So we had to pay for two lots of insurance.Reviewed 14 Aug 2018
