Disappointed they did not have ANY cars in the class I booked which was compact suv. They do not have Any Toyotas on the lot. Had a TON of Jeep Cherokee vehicles that they tried to "upgrade" me to. I specifically booked a compact suv for gas/mpg purposes. So instead I had to settle for a sedan, which I was not happy about. Also, no where in booking did it say cars can only drive to states that touch/ border Colorado. However, there is a sign at the counter that displays that information as the cars have GPS & you will be fined $500+ if you go beyond those restrictions. That is crucial information customers need to know at the time of booking.Reviewed 7 Oct 2024

The car size I reserved wasn’t available so the charged me $10 extra a day. Not cool. So my cost was more than double. Also the car was constantly dinging that it needed service. You can imagine how annoying that was. Everything else was great.Reviewed 6 Oct 2024

I would’ve liked to be able to use one credit card at pick up and a different one at drop off which I was refused. I usually rent next door for them at Fox And there is never a problem, changing credit cards. The rental agent was adamant that I cannot do that, which will leave me know alternative, but to resume renting from Fox or other rental companies within Fort Lauderdale airport.Reviewed 1 Oct 2024

I had a reservation for a car. It was supposed to be economic car when I get there. They told me that they do not have the car that I reserved. My only option was to upgrade and pay more money than what I was told. They didn’t even give me the choice of upgrading without overcharging.Reviewed 28 Sept 2024

I had a really bad experience. They gave me an old car with a lot of damage, which was dirty inside and outside. It smelled like gas inside the car all the time, and the front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. When I rented the car, they told me to pick it up at one address, but once I got there, they told me to go to another location. I had to pay for two Ubers just to get the car. I also had to return the car one day early, but they didn’t want to refund me for the extra day. They didn’t explain the contract to me. I had to leave $1,000 as a deposit because she wasn’t able to verify if I had the insurance that I purchased through Ace Rental Car, even though I showed her the receipt and emails.
