When I went to pick up my rental, I has been asked to pay the insurance, I told her that my credit card cover my rental insurance, but she still ask me to pay, otherwise I can't get my rental car. She said this is mandatory. When I booked on line, it is not said you have to pay for your insurance that is mandatory. I rented a car all over America, The first time I got a treat like this. This is kind of cheating. Please some one can give me a explain why I have to pay which I can have free auto insurance for my credit card ? Thank you!Reviewed 18 Aug 2024

The flight was late and they had no one working in the evening. I had to cancel the reservation and go with Avis. I was not informed that they had no evening staff. I will never use Airport Van again and I will recommend against anyone else using them.Reviewed 23 Jul 2024

Worst experience I have ever had with a car rental. Got vehicle with half a tank, which should of been a sign, if they can’t fill it what else won’t they do. Drove it to hotel. Tire had a slow leak. Woke up to flat tire. Called AVR, no answer, so called road side assistance option, after beening on hold finally get someone, said they will come. No one came for four days i had the rental. No would answer phone, mailbox was full. Spent over a thousand in uber to get around, and paid 60 dollars a day in parking to have van sit there. Never experienced such terrible service in 25 years of being on the road. Can’t imagine if i was i on the freeway. Hopefully get reimbursed, still waiting.Reviewed 26 Jun 2024
