Cons:Our car rental was scheduled for 6pm. They close at 6pm. No one came to pick us up from the shuttle point. Another car company informed us they closed. I called first thing in the morning to see if we could come get the car and they told us they didn’t have our car.Reviewed 7 Jul 2021

Pros:The drop off was as difficult as they could make it. You had to take a bus to a parking lot and then they picked up in a van at the parking lot to take you to the rental office. Drop off was even worse, they are only open 8:00 Am to 6:00 PM. If you have a flight later in the day, you have to take the rental car to a over night parking lot and pay an extra 27.50 for that service. The thing they don't tell you is that in order to get into the parking lot you have to have a reservation with the parking lot. They don't tell you this and then your stuck with the car and not able to make it to your flight.Cons:Everything! This place is super shady and I would highly suggest removing them from KAYAK as they are not a good representative of what this booking company stands for. I have used KAYAK on numerous occasions and have always had a good experience. I was very upset that this type of company was an available option on this website. I would like to tell you I was the only person to experience this problem but unfortunately that is not the case. Ran into several other travelers who had similar problems to my own with this company located at 5301 w. 104Th st., Los angeles ca 90045.Reviewed 11 May 2021

Pros:I arranged the car rental online. After doing so, without knowing the specific agency, I realized that my flight would arrive too late to pick up the car. I immediately called to try to cancel the reservation but was told that couldn't happen. So instead I arranged for a one night's stay at a hotel rather than driving to see my family after my arrival. I had called the car rental agency a day or two before my trip and told the person I spoke to that I would have to pick up my car on the second day of my rental instead of the first day. The person I spoke to advised me to show up before noon. The day after my arrival I went to the agency (U-Save) at 8 am when it opened. The representative at the agency told me that because I did not show up on the first day of the rental they had no similar car available. That agent had no record of my having called to say I would be there a day later. The agent did find a much bigger SUV and said I could rent it for $10/day more. The agent went on to tell me about the hefty additional fees I would incur for any violations and use of toll roads that might occur. That combined with the large and awkward size of the vehicle diminished my enjoyment of my vacationCons:See aboveReviewed 6 Apr 2021

Pros:Super sketchy when I didn’t have a credit card with me. Paid via Kayak with my credit card, but when I got there they made me pay an additional fee because I only had a debit card. They said the reservation would cost an additional $60, but in all actuality they charged me $303. Filing a dispute with my bank because the car was turned in and signed off for without any damages, full tank of gas, and in perfect condition.Reviewed 29 Mar 2021

Pros:I had reservations and paid online for it. Did not like the fact they would not take a Debit/Credit card. It had to be just a credit card. OK, two busses to the car rental place from the airport. Not a deal breaker but had to wait for the Green Motion bus for about 20 minutes in the transition parking lot before it arrived. Now, got to the office which looked like it was in rough shape...It looked like a hole in the wall building in a bad neighborhood. Anyway, there was 1 couple in front of me and they were being waited on. Two more associates were doing nothing and I was standing in their little 6foot keep-your-distances patch on the ground for 20 minutes. I purposely didn't say anything just to see if I truly was invisible or they didn't care. Finally, one Rep just looked over at me and asked if I had a reservation...I said yes...then he ask me up. The waiting was ridicules. I'm standing at the desk when someone just pops through the front door and heads over to the counter. Rep #3 says can I help you and asks if he has a reservation. "No" was his reply. Then without any regard for me the 3rd Rep pulled my guy over to discuss it (about no reservation). 5 more minutes went by and then my guy get back to me. Another 10 minutes of paperwork I had to sign and then done. Gee I guess I was the wrong color..."white". I will never use this company again. I will gladly pay more for better service. I was actually trapped. I couldn't even say anything and leave and go somewhere else. I prepaid to save and then saw I could not get my money back for any reason...period! (that's what the paperwork says). The car was OK, comfortable and in decent shape but you really had to be there to get the full effect of what went on. YOU are a nobody there!!Cons:Treat every customer as they are the most important customer you had that day. It's not hard. You have competition out there and only the smart ones who figured it out, survived. You are not busy enough to treat me like you did...Fix the place up a little. Chunks out of the furniture desks are less than appealing. a little paint goes a long way. For about $150.00 you can put in new drop tile in the ceiling. And last but not least you are the only company that offers no money back guarantee even if you bring the car back a day or two days later or in this case Covid was not even a reason. Pros:Would not use this service again. Save yourself the headache and stick with the big name rental agencies. Service seemed unaccustomed to providing quality service in a timely manner.Cons:After reserving a car on Priceline a day prior, I then waited 35 minutes in line once arriving at the agency location and then there was an additional 15 minutes of paperwork to fill out by hand including providing them with your departure flight information. This also included a change to the insurance policy since this agency does not take the liability insurance provided through Priceline, this cost an additional $33. At that point in the transaction they have you, there's no way to cancel or get your money reimbursed in order to switch to another rental agency. The car was clean but did have a lot of glue residue around the body of the car from the "stickers" they place on new cars- not very attractive and kind of look like scratches if you don't look closely... Take pictures of everything. They are also only open from 8am to 6pm so there was no way to drop off earlier than previously scheduled as they have a large gate, no way of simply dropping off the keys in a lockbox, and they have no working customer service phone number outside of those working hours. Lastly, I received the car with only a 1/4 tank of gas and when the person mentioned this I was slightly appalled. The response was, "I'm sorry we didn't have the time to gas up the car, it's been too busy..." In the end I didn't save a buck by trying this agency. I've learned my lesson and would stick with the nationally recognized rental car agencies next time. Read more reviews elsewhere and see what else is said...Reviewed 17 Mar 2021
