Car was good but at drop off my brother forgot his sunglasses in the car and it took an hour for us to be assisted at the lost and found in which by the time we were assisted. The lady told us our car was returned 1 hour before we actually returned it. (I have proof I was elsewhere at that time) and that it just was picked up by someone else 5-10 before we got assisted. This was incredibly frustrating because we had called in that we were returning to look for the sunglasses and the car wasn’t held. Also it should not have taken 1 hour for us to be assisted. Thank you Enterprise - I had to cancel once my sister’s town was evacuated from being threatened by the 52,000 acre Bridge Fire. The cancellation was easy and at the prices the car rental went up to - I believe that Enterprise did well on that deal.Reviewed 20 Sept 2024

Everything went well. My only complaint is the deposit amount that has to one credit card. They are always changing amount, it was 300$ now it's $400. It's difficult to budget since you're never the amount ahead of time. No where on website either. All in all good value. Our check out person(LAX) Hunter was very nice.
