Kayak is the problem. I never got an email or anything from them saying I had a rental even. I have used Alamo and they were great. Kayak is the problem.Reviewed 27 Jun 2026

I got there and found out about a policy change that they had NOT made clear anywhere. Specifically, you’re no longer allowed to rent using your debit card. I had paid a $70 deposit beforehand which I was told was nonrefundable. So I wasted $70 and an entire day for absolutely nothing!Reviewed 6 Jul 2025

They were able to accomodate a last-minute booking on a busy day. The staff running the car return was friendly and accommodating, especially when I had to return and ask about an item I had forgotten in my rental car. The staff was able to locate and return my item in a timely fashion and were very friendly about the whole ordeal.Reviewed 12 Mar 2024
