It was easy to pick up, the staff gave me a choice between 2 vehicles. I took the van; easier for parking, cheaper on fuel. Dropping off was quick. Friendly attendant.Reviewed 19 Sept 2025

Lots of hidden fees, in Kayak, a three day rental shows about 150. The final invoice ended up 400. There’s additional premium location fee, and bunch of other fees. Insurance costs about 40 a day, and the front desk added a fuel option saying I can cancel it later which I dont understand.Reviewed 16 Mar 2025

The car had broken wipers which clearly were not replaced in 44k kms. This was not safe to drive in rainy conditions.Reviewed 6 Jan 2025

The front counter lady was absolutely amazing and helpful. The nice gentleman that got us the car was cheery and very helpful with local tips for the city. It was an accidental experience that turned out to make a 13 hour lay over a tremendous experience. Thanks againReviewed 14 Sept 2024

4/5. The female staff giving the cars gave me an electric car with no discussion and walked away. I had to solicit another staff for a different one- he was polite, obliging and on point with assistance.Reviewed 8 Jul 2024
