Pick up and drop off were fine. I am very uneasy ,though, about the fact that the flash drive was removed from the car. I rented a Tesla Model Y, and having the flash drive in helps operating the dashcam which is vital when driving as well as saving the sentry mode clips which will serve as an evidence if anything happens. I have not yet recieved the final bill which is weird (I returned the car on Saturday Oct 14 th. I really want an explanation from Hertz on that.Reviewed 16 Oct 2023

Horrible experience. Car seats were stained and the only two choices in the booked category were both beat up and sub standard. Extremely dissatisfied with the whole experience at Hertz. Their customer support also doesn’t seem to care and only offered an off the shelf apology.Reviewed 14 Oct 2023

Have to go from terminal 3 to terminal 1 to pick-up car, big hassle. Same issue when returning. Car was a little worn but sign if the times for cars. Service was good and car was ready when I arrived.Reviewed 7 Dec 2021

I was not able to complete my rental as the agent could not get the credit card machine to work. The chip and tap functions were not working and he could not get the mag strip to read. He refused to simply type in the Credit card details which is all the mag strip contains. I had to go to a competitor (AVIS) who had not issues completing the financial transaction with the same credit card. I would have expected that a card rental company have a fully functional credit card machine available.Reviewed 5 Nov 2021
