Cons:Our car rental was scheduled for 6pm. They close at 6pm. No one came to pick us up from the shuttle point. Another car company informed us they closed. I called first thing in the morning to see if we could come get the car and they told us they didn’t have our car.Reviewed 7 Jul 2021

Pros:The staff was very friendly and flexible on pickup and drop off times.Cons:We chose this group because of listed price. What was buried in the fine print was a requirement to purchase liability insurance that costed more than the rental itself. It was misleading to show the base price only—we would have gone with a different group had we known. If this is standard, then the listing should show that additional insurance fees may apply, and point the consumer directly to the added costs. It was misleading to be so obscure and hidden.Reviewed 6 Jul 2021

Pros:The only thing easy was the drop off.Cons:It took way too long to pick up the car. I purchased insurance just to be told it was not enough coverage and was charged three times the car rental for their insurance which was mandatory. Not happy at all.Reviewed 6 Jul 2021

Pros:The car was in tip top shape at pick up, the staff was working hard and thorough during pick-up inspection, and it was a fair price for the market rates in the city I’m in.Cons:The car I reserved was not available, I was given a different vehicle, which was not my preference. Cons:Good agent who upgraded the car for us given that our luggage did not fit the original reservation. Hotel Valo is a bit far and they do not have a collection of car to choose from.Reviewed 2 Jul 2021

Pros:The staff at the airport counter aren’t so good not helpful he send us outside so his other collies can do his job by doing the contract but when I called they told me I need to return back to the counter to have him do our Contract and that took about an hour.Reviewed 29 Jun 2021

Cons:Green Motion are crooks. They cancelled the prepaid reservation we had because we were a few hours late. They did not have a working phone number to notify them of schedule change. They did not refund money and only offered to rent us another car for full fees in addition to the amount we had prepaid. They referred us to Priceline who are impossible to work with in getting a refund. Awful experience in every way.Reviewed 26 Jun 2021

Pros:Did not show up despite me calling them twice to ask where they were. They said they'll be there in 10 min and never showed up. Had to rent from a different rental company. From what I can tell, nothing but a scam.Cons:Everything...Reviewed 20 Jun 2021

Pros:There was hardly anything to like at Greenmotion.Cons:The cars are in terrible state: not clean, AC making a was very loud noise (making it hard to use), and malfunctioning light were on on the dashboard when we picked up the car. Due to all these problems, we were delayed by one hour and a half trying to change the car, only to find out that there are no cars without a problem. Poor costumer service, too. We were quite shocked—not sure it is safe to drive cars that are not maintained like the Green Motion ones.Reviewed 11 Jun 2021
