Pros: All facilities were super clean and comfortable.
Cons: The radiator sound in the middle of the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Nice room, good staff, excellent food. Recommended. This hotel also has an amazing restaurant which does a fantastic carvery most nights. Make a reservation though, it is often fully booked.
7.5 Good
Pros: The property was just off a main roundabout, however I could not hear any traffic and this did not impact on my sleep, location was good. I liked that there was two separate buildings, one for the bedrooms and one for reception, bar and restaurants. The decor was lovely and on the whole was very clean, lovely touches to the bedroom that made it special and excellent parking.
Cons: The only downside I found was some members of staff was not as friendly as I would of thought. The reception team was friendly but at breakfast there was a small group of staff that stood talking, rarely smiled and was not that attentive, also at breakfast there was no fresh juices or refill of hot drinks.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room and very well trained staff, nothing was too much trouble.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good clean rooms and very accessible as was the Restaurant
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient for Snetterton. Restaurant very good.
Cons: There was a little street noise but not too serious.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly.
Cons: The heating goes off early. However once speaking to the staff, an electric heater was provided for the rest of the stay. The Staff enter and check the room each day whilst your out. No door sign is provided to stop that.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Close proximity to main roads and town centre. Friendliness of staff. Cleanliness. Good breakfasts. Pleasant conservatory.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and clean.
Cons: Having bedside reading lights
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Easy walk to town centre, large room, windows open, plenty of hot water for bath
Cons: Struggled to find the hotel in the dark, poorly signed, phoned but went to voicemail. Was completely alone overnight, no other guests and no staff on site. No instructions in the room in the event of fire or obvious fire exit (is this legal?), No contact for emergencies eg fire, burglary, etc. as onl;y contact number stayed on voicemail. Room not cleaned or bed made during my stay. No toilet paper supplied so located some in another empty room. Still required to pay full price by staff even after discussion, no discount for all the above. Very poor experience, especially as lone female traveller
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a lovely old house with modern facilities. Very comfortable beds, great breakfasts and delightful staff.
Cons: Pity it doesn’t have a restaurant anymore as Attleborough has no decent dog friendly places to eat.
