Customer service desk in Atlanta leaves a bit to be desired. Woman at the desk never looked me in the eye. No joy in her voice, no emotion at all. The AVIS in Picton provided the truck we expected given our reservation via Kayak even after the central booking customer service POC told us we would not be getting a truck. The staff in which I interacted were helpful and friendly. The truck was super clean and ran perfectly. One of the best car rental experiences we've ever had.Reviewed 16 Jan 2025

This rental car was not clean. It was covered with water marks outside and the glass had large smudge marks on the inside. We were behind and had to go so we went otherwise I would have gone back in to get something else. After our first stop I took a bowel of water, a wash cloth, and a towel and washed the inside windows and dash. So much for being a President's Club member.Reviewed 16 Jan 2025
